Colazione adeguata ma non eccezionale , posto bello , personale gentile ma poco competente

Cons:

Aria condizionata incontrollabile , informazioni su come raggiungere in auto l'albergo a dir poco disastrose e contraddittorie tra quello che è presente nel sito e quello che dicono alla reception.Scusarsi è il minimo .

Good hotel but not totally convincing
Pros:

The hotel is in a central location, very convenient for most things. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The air-conditioning cannot be turned off in the room although there is control for it. It can only be turned off by the reception. We found it too cold on our first night and we prefer to have the windows opened anyway. There is an extensive buffet breakfast, but what we normally have for our breakfast were not great. The fruit juices are in jars which are not freshly squeezed but from a carton. There were the same three sliced fruits, water melon, pineapple and melon every day. There is a basket of fresh fruits but these are not extensive. Room size, classic double is not exactly spacious.

Fantastic hotel in the city centre of Bologna
Pros:

To kick off our holiday, we stayed for two days in the La Torre apartment at Phi Hotel Bologna. The hotel is centrally located, ideal for a city trip to Bologna; everything is within walking distance and just outside Piazza Maggiore. They have a very extensive breakfast buffet where nothing is lacking. But the best thing about this hotel is the very friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcome in this beautiful city! Highly recommended!
