Pros:

The hotel was run down, smelled, dirty, had to look for staff to check in. Smoke alarm went off at 7:00 am. Beds marginally comfortable. The place is not maintained.

Do not stay!
Pros:

Terrible service over 30 min at the front desk to check in. Then the room was not clean and door stuck like it was pushed in. The parking lot and area were unsafe. We did not stay! Left and found another hotel with security and cleanliness to stay in. No refund given. Terrible!

Better value than nearby hotels
Pros:

Clean room, hot water, comfortable beds, good size refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Staff friendly. Large green areas with shade to walk dog. No litter or other dog waste. Quiet location. Significantly less expensive than the other nearby hotels. Those hotels were obnoxiously priced. I have stayed at their brands before, not worth that price.

Watch out for Homeless Encampment
Pros:

Homeless encampment behind the building was an issue. People walking around in the parking lot and in and out of the woods. I parked my car into a spot right in front in the back lot and a person was smoking crack. Didn’t seem like much security getting in and out of the building and never saw a security guard. Would not recommend.

Pros:

The pool was closed. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. There is no elevator. The room did not have a microwave. The staff was NOT friendly. Parking in the back of the hotel was not very safe, looked like a homeless hangout. The only good part was the breakfast was great !

It was a spacious room with a king bed, couch and chair, free WiFi. Very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
