The Macià Sevilla Kubb ****, winner of the best renovated hotel of 2019, is the culmination of a architectural project in which the original reinterpretation of its patios, under the elements of Light, Water and Earth, creates spaces where the rooms connect with the outdoors. Emplacement idéal pour arpenter le centre sans en avoir les inconvénients
Pros:

Emplacement ,chambre , rapport qualité prix deux bémols le petit déjeuner limite trop industriel et la sonorisation des chambres quand des personnes non respectueuses « gueulent » le nom des copains dans le couloir

Limpio, confortable y bien ubicado
Pros:

La habitación superior está muy bien, el colchón es especialmente cómodo y las almohadas también, todo muy limpio y con una decoración agradable, iluminación correcta pero un poco justa.

Cons:

En general no tengo ninguna queja, todo estuvo bien, por decir algo, el desayuno incluido tiene una oferta muy básica, pero más que suficiente.

Lovely hotel in area handy for transport and city.
Pros:

Helpful staff. Lovely terrace bar. Good breakfast. There were good transport links to the centre of Seville. There were good bars in the local area if need be. The room itself was comfortable.

Cons:

Not enough storage space in our room. The not quite opaque glass in the bathroom area was a bit off putting!

Muy bien pero…

Su ubicación y las instalaciones

Cons:

El desayuno, y el buffet estaba espectacular pero el trato de una del personal fue lamentable aparte de mal educada.

Reservamos sin desayuno, acudimos y dijimos que no lo teníamos en la habitación. Desde el primer momento nos insistió como lo pagaríamos, si efectivo o tarjeta (pudiendo cargarlo en la habitación) durante el desayuno no nos quitaba el ojo de encima y antes de terminar de desayunar acudió con el TPV para cobrarnos. ¿En qué restaurante te cobran antes de terminar? La verdad que nos amargo el desayuno y más cuando lo cobran a 17€/persona.
No es culpa del hotel, repito, si no de una empleada, por lo que no quiero generalizar.

Very average
Pros:

Good breakfast. Everything else was horrible. Air Con didn’t work properly. No iron in the room. Everything seemed to break. WIFI was unusable!

L'emplacement était parfait. Séjour agréable.

Cons:

Le point noir est que l'intérieur de l'hôtel est extrêmement bruyant, bruit des évacuations d'eau des autres chambres, hall très bruyant et personnel de ménage également . Prix à la carte chers 20€ deux sangrias alors qu'on peut avoir 1litre en restaurant à 13€50

Localização, conforto e limpeza

Cons:

É um hotel moderno e relativamente novo e por isso é bom mas um pouco frio com um decor excessivo e mobiliário vulgar. Falra o requinte de 4 estrelas mas como é um hotel de cidade está bom. Nota negativa para a antipatia da funcionária que ao pequeno almoço põe as mesas.

Modern, elegant, cool and quiet hotel in authentic and convenient location.
Pros:

Close to station, civilised, authentic Spanish neighbourhood, modern, clean and cool. Room lovely and very clean, esp bathroom! Elegant rooftop Pool. Nice loungers. Fab rooftop views. Lovely reception guy from Gran Canaria and we got a nicer room than we booked - thank you!! Bed was very comfortable and we slept very well Quiet. Liked it being a Spanish chain!

Cons:

Not dislikes as such just suggestions to be even lovelier! - it was admittedly Oct but pool bar closed most of time and tho opened round 6 closed before 10pm - I was one of three who went up to look after going out fir dinner. I feel they need a proper hotel bar somewhere in the hotel, and could make money! Vending machine on pool level only took cash - could it be upgraded to card? As a result people were eating and drinking their own supermarket food and alcohol (Brits!) by pool which lowered the tone and was, again, a missed opportunity. A second coffee machine at breakfast could reduce queues.
Being able to get a proper coffee in the hotel, wd be ideal! There is a pod machine at reception for the desperate, however or coffee making facilities in room wd be nice but not sure latter is common in Spain. The bedroom carpets with their ribbed texture may be difficult to keep clean.
