Great hotel, Great Value!
Pros:

Everything! This is our second visit and the hotel seems to be getting better! The room was spacious and comfortable..just the break we needed. Location is perfect, we could walk everywhere. The free hotel bikes, are a real bonus and we utilised the comprehensive cycle paths! Breakfast was vast, and local restaurants for dinner are great.
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at - exceptional value! We will be back again!

Highly recommend, will comeback.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, fabulous options. Friendly and helpful staff. Free bikes to borrow and tour the city. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Rooftop pool was great. USB connectors to charge devices. Lobby has refreshments.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected.

Pros:

We felt truly looked after from the moment we booked — the hotel reached out with helpful information before our stay, which set the tone for a relaxing trip. During our time there the team were friendly and always on hand to help, making everything effortless.

The hotel is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, and the pool was an absolute bonus in the 40°C Seville heat. The pool staff were attentive, bringing fresh towels and cool drinks which made lounging there a real pleasure.

Reception were very pleasant and the housekeeping staff were meticulous in their standards — they even offered fresh water for our room, which was a lovely touch. The location is ideal and central; all the attractions we wanted to visit were a short walk away, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed dinner at a lovely Italian spot just around the corner, La Piemontessa, and had great tapas at the Setas de Seville La Malveloca. All in all, a delightful stay — highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations and felt more like a 5-star property than a 4-star one ! Having stayed in many 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that this experience surpassed many of them.

The modern, refurbished rooms are beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, and feature a great selection of pillows to suit every preference. The ambience throughout the hotel is outstanding, with a wonderful atmosphere and a pleasant signature scent that creates a luxurious feel from the moment you arrive.

A particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary food area, which was a unique and much-appreciated addition. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a fantastic variety of high-quality options.

The hotel's central location makes it ideal for exploring, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer. The plunge pool area and patio provide a great space to relax and unwind.

What sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have the best possible stay. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are constantly checking to see if there is anything more they can do. Small details, such as providing a steam iron, further demonstrate their dedication to guest comfort.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. This hotel will not disappoint.
