Hotel maravilhoso, quarto confortável, funcionários atenciosos, localização a 15 min a pé do centro histórico e a 10 min a pé do rio. Tem um restaurante no térreo onde podemos pedir algo para comer e beber sentado tanto dentro como na calçada, com bons tapas. Na noite de 5a feira e de sábado eles fazem um curto espetáculo de flamenco no bar, foi bem agradável.

Cons:

O café da manhã tem um cardápio com alguns itens como omelete cobrados a parte, um absurdo para um hotel 5 estrelas onde deveria fazer parte sem cobrança. O estacionamento custa €41 por noite, muito acima do praticado.

Pros:

Although our stay was for one night, we had an amazing experience. The suite was very large, the breakfast was great, and the staff was always helpful and welcoming. We will definitely come back for a longer period.

Great breakfast, room needs refurbishment
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the soundproofing of the room was great. There was a wedding party downstairs and it did not bother us at all, we stayed on the first floor.
Good central location.

Cons:

The room was a bit outdated and the cleaning could be way better. Parts of the hotel need renovation including the rooms.

In need of a big face-lift - trading on its reputation and location.

Cons:

Concierge made poor restaurant recommendations - we tried 3 of their spots and were very disappointed. They missed the brief.
Car took a long time on departure
Music performance was advertised in the bar, but was actually a private event and music could just be overheard in the bar which wasnt really what was expected.
Room very dated. Tired. Giant bath very cracked and damaged. Difficult to get into bath / shower safely and we are in our 30s! No idea how older or less agile guests fare!
Rooftop disappointing vs pictures
Incorrect minibar charges had to be challenged and chased several times
So many light switches but couldnt get the right combo
