Pros:

Hotel Colón is a wonderful place to stay in Seville. Its location is excellent, with all the main attractions within easy reach. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast offered a great variety, including gluten-free options. The Flamenco show was a lovely surprise!

A special thank you to Isobel (I hope I’ve spelled that correctly) at the front desk, Daniel in the bar, Maria from housekeeping, and the hardworking doormen who endured the heat with a smile.

One small suggestion: please consider changing the Lavazza coffee or adding a darker roast option, as the current coffee was a little too acidic for our taste.

Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Pros:

Dekoration, Zimmer, Betten, Frühstück wirklich klasse
Tolle Hilfe von der Concierge :-)
Coole Bar mit XXL Bildschirm zum Fußball WM schauen

Cons:

Upselling ist verständlich- noch charmanter wäre wenn man länger ( 4 Nächte) bleibt ein Upgrade ohne Aufpreis

The entire stay at hotel the staff very accommodating for everything at the hotel.. the breakfast was very good with a great variety of food.the rooms were clean and decorated nice..highly recommend the hotel.

Genoten van dit hotel en al zijn facetten.
Pros:

Centraal gelegen en je kon veel op loopafstand bezichtigen. Hotel is echt heel erg fijn en schoon. De service is fantastich en het personeel zo vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het was een beetje lastig om bij het hotel te stoppen ivm drukte voor de deur en weining parkeer plaatsen en heel smalle straatjes. Gelukkig was er valet parkeren.

Wir wurden intensiv per Mail aufgefordert vorher online einzuchecken ( mit Passnunmmern und und) das hab ich am
Tag vorher gemacht - aus Sicherheitsgründen wollte ich nur noch nicht vorab zahlen! Bei Ankunft hat der Check in Vorgang genau 12 (!!!) min gedauert ( hört sich kurz an, wenn man aber der einzige am Desk ist und keine Zeit hat, ist das lang!!) - es wurden sogar die Pässe nochmals kopiert - das eigentlich ärgerliche war, dass uns gesagt wurde, unser gebuchtes Zimmer sei nicht fertig, aber das sei trotz eines Balkones eh eigentlich nicht schön und man zeigte uns sogleich auf Bildern im Pc die schönere Kategorie für über 500.- Aufpreis ( da sei aber schon ein Top discount dabei…) außerdem wurde uns nahegebracht eines der Hotelrestaurants zu buchen!

Das geht in dieser Klasse gar nicht !! Upgrade gerne als Einladung- nicht als Verkauf beim Check in

Excellent.
Pros:

Lovely reception - they helped us after we had to cancel an alternative hotel as their air conditioning was broken mid-summer. Excellent and attentive room service. We actually were lucky enough to see the matador staying that week for corpus christi.
