Apartment rates include accommodations, ready beds, bathroom linen, cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and TV with international channels.

For stays up to 7 nights, optional housekeeping service is available upon request : at an additional cost, guests can request their bed linen and towels to be changed or a full housekeeping service.

Чудовий вид з вікна на Сену. Гарне розташування неподалік від Ейфелевої Башні. Чудовий супермаркет поряд .

Cons:

В одному з номерів було досить спекотно. Кондиціонер не працював коректно.

La experiencia en este alojamiento no pudo haber sido peor.

Éramos 4 adultos hospedados durante 3 días y en ningún momento cambiaron las toallas del baño. Las sábanas estaban rotas y, además, no correspondían al tamaño de la cama, por lo que durante la noche se salían constantemente y terminábamos durmiendo directamente sobre el colchón, algo completamente desagradable e inaceptable para un hotel de esta categoría.

El edificio tiene 30 pisos y durante nuestra estadía solo había un ascensor funcionando. En varias ocasiones tuvimos que esperar hasta 30 minutos para poder bajar. Incluso llegamos a bajar 13 pisos por las escaleras porque era más rápido que esperar el ascensor.

La atención del personal también dejó mucho que desear. Fueron poco amables y nada dispuestos a ayudar ante los inconvenientes que se presentaban.

Lo más frustrante es que pagamos una tarifa alta esperando un nivel de servicio acorde al precio, y recibimos exactamente lo contrario. Definitivamente no recomendaría este alojamiento. En París existen muchas otras opciones del mismo valor —o incluso más económicas— con instalaciones y servicio muy superiores.

Bad experience ever
Cons:

Staff attitude and service are very bad. Sofa bed not yet ready before customer gets into the room. Staff attribute is bad when we ask for help.
Dirty room and bed. Toilet isn’t user friendly. Location is under a dirty bridge. Not worth as this value!!!!!!!

Close to the Eiffel Tower and beautiful views
Pros:

The Eiffel Tower view room is stunning and really good for price! We have stayed here 3 times now and loved it every time, so close to everything.

Cons:

The 3rd time we came the bathroom floor had a crack in the tiles but apart from that everything was good!

Pros:

에펠탑 가기 좋고 주변에 한인마트 및 마트가기 편했습니다.

Cons:

직원들이 그렇게 친절하지 않았고 종이컵이 없거나 정수기가 작동하지 않아 얘기했는데 내일부터 된다고 말하며 귀찮아하는 듯 했습니다.
또한 입구에서 담배피우는 사람들이 많아서 아이들과 다니며 힘들었습니다.

The view ja amazing form every window

Cons:

The reception service leaves a lot to be desired. There is a long wait in line, and then another long wait while someone finds your room and calculates the tax. In the end, I did not hear anything like “Have a pleasant stay.” Similarly, when I checked out, nobody asked me how my stay had been. I have never encountered such a lack of courtesy, warmth, and hospitality anywhere else in the world
