Pros:

It is near to the Eiffeltower

Cons:

Upon checkin the bed was full of hair and stains from the previous guests. Cleaning service was not available but we have received without problem a set of fresh bed sheets etc from the staff at the reception. Seems to be a common issue as we saw other guests as well collecting new bed sheets.

The apartment was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

There was no way to lower the heat in the bedroom. The main area had more comfortable temperature.
