Pros:

הזמנו את המקום כי רצינו קרבה לבית חבד שברובע ה11. הצוות שירותי ברמות!! היו עבורנו לכל שאלה.
החדר עצמו בסיסי לחלוטין, הרגיש שלא נקי מספיק. שירותים ומקלחת בסיסיים ומבאסים. לקחנו את המקום כי הוא היה במחיר שפוי וקרוב לבית חבד. לא הייתי חוזרת למקום נטו כי זה לא החוויה בפריז שרציתי עבורי. המיזוג בחדר ממש לא מספיק. הביאו מאוורר שהציל אותנו אבל שוב, לא היה מספיק.

Horrorosa !!! Me sentí estafado!!!

La ubicación. !!!

Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y había 40 grados de temperatura !!! No hicieron limpieza de habitación en 4 días !!! Tenía que pedir toallas y papel higiénico en la recepción !!! Un horror !!! Increíble pagar más de 300 euros por esto !!!

Bien reçu à notre arrivée.
Très bon couchage .

Cons:

À peine dormi car la personne au dessus de notre chambre n’a pas arreté de marcher avec des talons ou je ne sais quoi . Nous avons essayé d’appeler la réception mais aucune réponse . .
Et sinon le plafond de la salle de bain de notre chambre était pourri au niveau de la trappe d’aération dû à une vielle fuite d’eau j’imagine donc à refaire quand même par rapport au visuel .

Von 3 Nächten nur 1 Nacht geblieben wegen defekter Klimaanlage.
Pros:

Das von uns gemietete Appartement de luxe war komfortabel und sauber. Die Lage war gut für Besichtigungen in der Stadt.
Im Empfangsbereich konnte man kostenlos Kaffee und The konsummieren, Ebenfalls war Wasser zum Auffüllen der eigenen Flaschen bzw. zum dort trinken verfügbar. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 3 Nächte gebucht. Nach nur 1 Nacht mussten wir abreisen, da im Appartement über 30°C herrschten. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und es wurden allem Anschein auch überhaupt keine Anstrengungen unternommen, diesem Zustand ein Ende zu setzen. Andere Gäste informierten uns, dass dieser Zustand nun schon mindestens seit einer Woche andauere. Dies alles bei Aussentemperaturen bis 40°C. Von zwei Aufzügen funktionierte nur einer.

Komfortable Unterkunft, wenn alles funktioniert.
Pros:

Das Studio deluxe 421 war komfortabel mit einem grossen Balkon. Leider funktionierte hier die Klimaanlage nur ungenügend, so dass es viel zu warm war (Aussentemperaturen von bis zu 40°C).
Angenehm war, dass man immer im Eingangsbereich Kaffee und The kostenlos herauslassen konnte. Auch ein Wasserspender war vorhanden. Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war offensichtlich schon seit längerem defekt. Wobei sie im Studio 421 noch leicht funktionierte. Im Appartement 420 funktionierte sie überhaupt nicht, was meine Eltern veranlasste, nach nur einer von drei gebuchten Nächten abzureisen. Es war einfach zu stickig heiss. Von zwei Aufzügen funktionierte einer nicht.

Das 2 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr geräumig, sehr schöne Blick in den Innenhof, daher ruhig. Nur wenige Meter zur Metro Station. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

In Paris war es sehr heiß. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 7. Stock. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Auf dem Zimmer war es so stickig und warm, dass wir trotz Müdigkeit kaum schlafen konnten. Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen , Renovierung nötig.

Es un aparthotel sencillo pero bien ubicado, muy cerca de Place Bastille y el barrio de Le Marais.

Baño de la habitación un poco vetusto, pero correcto y limpio

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans l’hôtel et le personnel ne pouvait malheureusement rien n’y faire. Nous sommes partis après une nuit. Tous les clients se plaignaient et voulaient un remboursement. Très décevant.

ふつうに快適な滞在。
Pros:

ロケーションやスタッフの対応はよかったのですが、建物が古いためエアコンが不具合で修理を頼んでも直らなかった。
温度調整が出来なくなり、夜になると止まった。
たまたま滞在期間中とても暑い日が続いたので夜もなんか暑いなと思ったのですが、
日本より湿度が低く日中の寒暖差があるため寝るときも少しだけ窓を開けたりしたりしたらなんとか大丈夫でした。
部屋も清潔でキッチンもいろいろ揃っていて空調以外は問題はありません。
マレ地区散策には便利なロケーションです。
ちなみにに滞在したのは6月15日〜21日です。例年にない暑さだったようです。
日中最高気温が34度の日もありました。
もし、7月だったらさらに暑くて空調は大丈夫だったのかなと思ってしまいます。

古いホテルのため空調設備に問題があった。

Au final cher pour ne pas avoir le service attendu.
Pros:

Accueil de l'hotesse, situation dans Paris (près gare et métro), calme (appartement donnant sur cour). En théorie :pratique car équipé d'une mini cuisine.

Cons:

Raison du séjour et du choix d'un appart'hotel : maladie obligeant à entreposer des médicaments et blocs de froid dans friseur du réfrigérateur, Questions à ce sujet posées par écrit avant : aucune réponse. Réfrigérateur éteint à l'arrivée: la nuit pour le remettre en température. Température pièce au dessus de 25°C (vérifié) malgré climatisation.
