Pros:

I have stayed at Citadines Paris three times now, and unfortunately, the experience has remained largely the same over the years — and not in a good way.

While the hotel maintains a consistent appearance, it is clearly in need of renovation. The doors feel outdated, and the bathrooms, especially the showers and toilets, would benefit greatly from upgrades. These changes would make a significant difference in overall comfort.

One of the biggest issues during my most recent stay was the check-in process. We had to wait until after 5 PM to access our room, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing after a long journey.

That said, the location of the hotel is excellent — easily the strongest advantage it has. It is perfectly situated and makes getting around Paris very convenient. Additionally, the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

Overall, while the location and staff are definite positives, the hotel would greatly benefit from modernization and better management of check-in times.

Viihdyimme.
Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä rauhallisen bulevardin varrella. Hotellin vierestä meni bussi lähelle museoita. Metroasemat olivat myös lähellä. Huone oli siisti ja sängyt hyvät.

Cons:

Kylpyhuone olisi vaatinut hieman remonttia.

Un très bon choix d’hôtel, pour plusieurs jours à Paris.

L’emplacement proche de tout.
Le distributeur café/ thé à disposition 24/24 a l’accueil.
Chambre très silencieuse.

Cons:

Chambre ayant un coin cuisine, on aurait apprécié qu’il y ait un minimum basique: sel, poivre, sucre.

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Room needs work. Some areas need touch up paint. Bath tub is slippery, and no grab bars for safety when showering. Luggage rack would be nice. And a night lite would also be nice. Leaving the bathroom light on I’m sure is nor economical.
