The worst receptionist! We were denied check in and said booking.com did not confirm our booking with them. The lady did not show customer service at all.

I had one problem , i usually stay here every time i come to Tahoe love the location and the cleanliness. But this time i had a problem . They charge me a extra room That i didn’t not book . that day i book 2 rooms for 2 nights.and on the day that i was checking out i got a message from my bank . I was charged $257.00 some how someone use my name and didn’t show up. And i was charged for it. I didn’t like that fact that they didn’t mention anything to me and charge me for someone’s mistake. And how did they get my information i have no idea !
Luckily i spoke with the manager and he got that fix and said that they are going to reimburse me. That it will take 3 to 5 days.
Im just sooo confused of how they allow to give out my information without my consent or mentioning anything to me.

I think our experience would have been better if the staff had been welcoming
Pros:

This property is clean and has breakfast which was an added value. The location is fine.

Cons:

The receptionist who attended us wasn't pleasant, in fact she was rude, unfriendly and didn't explain anything. I wish the staff welcoming the guests were more friendly.
