I think our experience would have been better if the staff had been welcoming
Pros:

This property is clean and has breakfast which was an added value. The location is fine.

Cons:

The receptionist who attended us wasn't pleasant, in fact she was rude, unfriendly and didn't explain anything. I wish the staff welcoming the guests were more friendly.

Location was great and some of the staff were friendly.Good breakfast options, loved the waffles!
Pros:

They never changed the sheets for the whole length of the stay although we asked 3 times. And they barely gave extra towels, we went through a lot of towels with 2 kids. The room was fine and liked that it had a microwave and fridge. There should be better coffee tea and free snack options, the quality of room amenities have gone down drastically over the last decade.
