Very nice for the one night we were there.
Pros:

The heated pool was very nice. Everything was clean and staff was welcoming.

Cons:

Weird bathroom door situation? It was very odd that it was just a sliding barn door situation with big gaps that you could easily look through. There was no sense of privacy with bathroom usage or showers. Definitely a poor design choice.

Great location and kid friendly.
Pros:

The location was great! The rooms were clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and we liked the happy hour.

Cons:

I found the rooms had thin walls and you could hear every above, so book the 4th floor if you are a light sleeper. They also let people check in after midnight, above us, which woke me up but thankfully did not wake up my kids. My kids loved this hotel.

Location is close to California ski resort and the facility was pretty clean.

Pros:

I enjoyed the pool and how it was close to everything. Day time staff was great

Cons:

For how much money I spent for five days and three rooms. The beds were very hard, I had to pay 15.00 for parking( everyday).
The television glitches. You have to pay for internet otherwise it just sucks. The night shift girl was very rude. I asked for my room to be cleaned and nothing was cleaned. Just got my bed made and trash taken out. ( I had a toddler in my room so I had the same crumbs for five days).

no customer service
Cons:

The worst receptionist! We were denied check in and said booking.com did not confirm our booking with them. The lady did not show customer service at all.
