Pool was nice, car in the lobby was cool, balcony doors allowed fresh air in, plenty of towels
Room floors were filthy, upon taking off shoes I felt dirt and sand. Thermostat was wired backwards and had to switch to heat for the AC to work, batteries in tv remote were dead, shower took 6 minutes to heat up, outside hot tub was broken, renovation was ongoing with no prior warning before arrival such thing was happening.
Good location right next to fagers island good spot if you wanna get dinner or drinks later on in the evening
I went a little early on right before the season started up which meant it was under construction still but even with that going on everyone was friendly and helpful

Jacuzzi jests didn't work , no game room because of construction. Friday the continued construction till we'll after 6pm almost ending at 7pm.

The view of the bay was incredible and the location of the hotel is unbeatable. The manager was very helpful and guided us towards a resolution to our room problem.
Construction was being done on the hotel so there was an overall mess in the hotel. Furniture was being moved to different floors. Carpets were being ripped up outside our room. All the floors were being worked on at once so it wasn't just one floor being affected, it was the whole building. We got moved to three different rooms within 10 days of our stay because the room were given was not what we initially reserved. All the amenities were shut down except the pool. There was no communication prior to check in that any of the construction was going on or that all the amenities besides the pool was closed. Although they were closed, they still had us pay an additional $12/night for resort fee.

PAYING PER DAY FOR HOUSEKEEPING!! AND WHY?? THEY DO NOT MAKE YOUR BED, STRAIGHTEN THE ROOM/BATHROOM OR REFILL. JUST A KNOCK ON THE DOOR. UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE AND THE NERVE TO ASK FOR TIPS...NO!!!!!! ($12/DAY)

WE HAVE ALREADY PAID OUR BILL IN FULL THEN YOU WANT TO NICKEL & DIME US AT CHECKIN LIKE WE HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS!!!!! I COULD'VE STAYED SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HAD BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND NO FEES!! WE ALWAYS STAY AT THE HAMPTON INN & SUITES AND NOW I KNOW WHY!!
TV DID NOT WORK FOR HOURS AND NO ONE THERE TO FIX IT EXCEPT THE MANAGER THAT KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ELECTRONICS. WE SUGGESTED TAKING A CABLE BOX FROM ANOTHER ROOM. THAT DID NOT WORK BECAUSE THAT BOX WAS NOT "SETUP' EITHER SO 2 HOURS LATER SHE CAME WITH ONE THAT WORKED.

VERY NICE UPGRADES ON THE ROOM BUT I AM NOT SURE THAT WE WOULD RETURN.

Room, bland. Fold out sofa made horrible when kids moved in sleep. Had to step down to bed area, no hand soap, kleenex, coffee machine didnt work. Have to pay $15 a day for parking.
