The location.
Even though it said breakfast included - the breakfast items were coffee, granola bars and orange. It is not a breakfast. It needs to be improved.
Clean and comfortable
The office doesn’t open until 8 to get the coffee and juice. It is a mole from downtown. Not exactly in downtown. They jack up their rates for Friday and Saturday nights.
