Das sehr freundliche Personal

Cons:

Relativ kleine Zimmer und leider zu wenig Möglichkeiten, um etwas abzulegen. Bei 2 Personen wäre es schön, wenn auch wenigstens 2 Sessel zur Verfügung stehen würden. Allerdings ist hierfür das Zimmer zu klein. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber ausreichend.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Messehallen/U-Bahn und Bus
Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein gutes, zentrales Hotel. Manche Zimmer sind zur Straßenseite und die ist, auch nachts, befahren. Die Schalldichten Fenster können vieles (aber nicht alles) abfangen.
Gut ist das Frühstück, es ist ausgewogen und sehr schön fand ich die Auswahl der Brötchen/Brote. Alle Kaffeesorten/viele Säfte - einfach gut.

... das es kein Restaurant hat, wusste ich aber vorher::)

Einfache Übernachtung mit fairem Preis
Pros:

- Gepäckaufbewahrung
- Bar war abends geöffnet ( Mittwoch abend)
- Dusche mit heißem Wasser
- Check Out erst um 12
- S-Bahn in der Nähe & somit schnell an anderen Ecken Hamburgs

Cons:

- keine Option im Hotel bezahlen zu können
- keine Stornierungsoptionen
- Um 12:30 war es uns nicht möglich schon einzuchecken
- hohe Parkkosten, keine 5 min. entfernt kann man sehr gut & günstiger Messehallen parken oder Richtung S-Bahn wenn was frei ist.
