Location is quiet, close to a little bit of shopping and a few restaurants.
Beds were very comfortable, our room was very clean and breakfast buffet was very good and had a good variety of food.

Looked to have been recently renovated
Some of the renovations looked rushed
This is a terrible hotel & not at all reflective of the Holiday Inn brand name. No hot water. No working WiFi. No working hot tub. Lousy breakfast was not at all what was advertised. Stained sleeper sofa. Stained walls in the room. Water damage in our bathroom & caulk application was gross & sloppy. We could not shower because the water was too cold. I reported it immediately to the front desk & the guy came up to our room & tried to convince me it was fine. He then offered to have us switch rooms but NONE of the rooms had hot water. I know this because my sister was also staying there with her family & they had no hot water. Without hot water, how does this hotel sanitize the sheets, bedding and towels? We asked when the hot tub would be available & he said it was too expensive to repair. Then why is it featured on their website?? We had to check out early & find somewhere else to stay. The front desk said they would refund us for the night we didn’t stay but they never refunded our money. I asked to speak to the General Manager, Marlene Medina, but she refused to come to the front desk even though she was on-site. I was charged $707.85 for 4 nights for a terrible experience that ruined our vacation.
Our hotel didn’t have hot water for the two nights that we stayed. We had to cancel our last night because of this issue. Front desk was unhelpful to say the least. Our room wasn’t cleaned nor did we get towels/toilet paper delivered to the room while we were there. We had to ask the front desk for it at 7 am. All of the “amenities “ were either broken or not as pictured online. Even the breakfast wasn’t as pictured online.I ,not only, will never stay here again but I will also warn people about this place. Our vacation was ruined, we had to cancel the rest of our vacation to go home early and on top of that we had to drive home ,13 hours, dirty… the lack of accountability from the manager was the kicker. She sat in her office and refused to speak with me face to face while her poor employee had to mitigate all of the complaints. Disgusting management.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with my 80yr old father who stayed with us.

The breakfast food was precooked, frozen, or refrigerated foods, and using paper plates, plastic knife, fork, and spoon gives a very poor quality breakfast
