Comfortable spacious room offering quiet and clean environment located near restaurants and shopping
Pros:

A hidden gem that offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Large restroom with an amazing shower with great water pressure and hot hot water. Nice big television with variety of channels to watch. AC worked great. Staff were very informative and friendly. Hotel was quiet and very clean. Plenty of parking space. Good variety of food served for breakfast. Located near shopping and restaurants. Definitely will become a hotel of choice for me.

Cons:

Everything was great. For me I would have liked to have a longer stay.

Pros:

The location so close to Travis Lake. The customer service is always top notch.

Cons:

This time the property wasn’t as clean as before. The pool and spa areas are always closed despise being summer. There’s a smell in the hallways and elevator. Seems like the property is being neglected a bit since last year.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

The location was not great, the hotel was dirty! The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The carpets were dirty, and the hotel itself had a smell i can't quite identify. The sofa in my room was worn and not clean. The chairs in the breakfast area are so worn that the material is coming off the faux leather look. The outside grounds were not maintained at all!!! Just not appealing to the eye.

Muy desagradable, muy sucia la habitación.

El personal de recepción es amable y el desayuno está muy bien.

Cons:

Desde un inicio el señor que no atendió en recepción nos comentó que era la única habitación que tenían disponible, el primer día por la noche he el aire de la habitación empezó a hacer mucho ruido, y la habitación olía a humedad, el segundo día que llegamos a la habitación había vivarachos arriba del microondas, y el piso de la habitación estaba demasiado húmedo, y ya el último día empezaron a salir cucarachas pequeñas en el baño andaban en la cortina de baño, ya ese día revisé y me percate que había hongos en la bañera que las paredes del cuarto también tenían moho. Y ya por último para entregar l a habitación nos percatamos que el sofá cama que tiene estaba orinado el colchón y que la sábanas estaban amarillas. Todo esto se lo comentamos a la señorita de recepción y lo único que nos dijo que no podía hacer nada puesto que se estaba pagando con prepago.
En lo personal jamás me volvería a hospedar ahí.
