Alojamiento ideal
Pros:

La habitación fue muy espacio y cómodo. Había suficiente lugar mi esposa y para mi. También, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia mediana.
Si la intención es ir de shopping, está muy bien ubicado y teniendo auto, está demasiado cerca de cualquier zona de la ciudad: casi a 20 minutos de todas partes.

Cons:

La zona en la que se encuentra no es tan cómoda para caminar y por la ubicación, aunque vayas de shopping, es súper necesario contar con un auto.

Pros:

Excellent customer service especially the receptionist who checked us in. Forgot to get his name though. Overall clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Aside from the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bathroom, what I’ve liked is that they provided hand soap in liquid form too. Breakfast was good also. Highly recommended and for sure we will book this hotel if we needed a place to stay on that area.

This was the worst experience for my family and I.
Pros:

The staff listened and showed compassion.

Cons:

The room was filthy, filled with crickets (bathroom, in the bed at night, near the AC unit) and the carpet was moldy and wet near the AC. It was horrible and disgusting. We are frequent travellers and have never experienced anything on this level. When we were moved to another room after the first night, we discovered a break out of nats in the bathroom. Absolutely filthy.
