Loved the location and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room has alot of mold around the ac/heater and mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and growing mold on the picture frame in the back of it . And there's no fan for the jacuzzi tub it gets very hot so have to turn on ac for room to cool down . The tub wasn't cleaned very well lots of hair in tub and the shower had hair on the wall . Fridge doesn't keep anything cold . Bed was very hard and uncomfortable could not sleep . The ceiling needs to be patched and painted looks very moldy .from a recent issue But room smelled good . Tub was not wired properly certain buttons and knows we're controlling things they shouldn't. And are key card didn't always work for the outdoor close to our room . And pool was down during our stay so that was disappointing.

Glad I found a clean up to date hotel for an excellent price through booking.com
Pros:

I like the makeup and upgrades to the room. The location was great for my destination. Staff was polite.

Cons:

Night shift didn't keep her word in bringing me washcloths. I noticed when I arrived I only had one washcloth in the room that was makeup stained. When I came back I asked staff for 5 washcloths seeing as though it was 3 of us. She stated there only was 3 and the others were just put in to the dryer. I asked if I had to come back down or would someone bring them. She stated she would bring them after taking my room number but never did. I ended up utilizing hand towels. Also breakfast time was never offered we had to call down for that information. Usually once you arrive to a hotel the explain everything and what they offer. Other than that I would definitely visit again. It was a concert crowd so I'm hoping noise in the hall would be at a minimum if I were to stay on a regular day.

Horrible experience. Will not be back.
Pros:

I didn’t like anything really. If the tub was clean I would compliment the jacuzzi but I shouldn’t have to pay to stay somewhere and have to clean up somebody else’s dirt. Trifling and disgusting.

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. Our room flooded from a unit above us, the tub was not clean when we got there we had to clean it on our own. I spoke with Brianna about wanting to cancel my room because the reviews were so bad and I got there and it was a total disaster. She was unprofessional, she acted like she’d approve the request for me to cancel but when it really came down to it she had no intentions on canceling it and kept denying the request.
