Staff did not go out of their way to help you whatsoever
Pros:

It was convenient to where we were going that evening. Room and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Girl behind the counter wasn’t helpful when we reported our TV did not work. Took way too long to get us another room.

It wasn't worth the price

The massages done by Brandy

Cons:

The Jets in a hot tub did not work (that is what I paid for that experience), it took an extra 30 minutes once I check in before I could get into my room they wouldn't offer me another room I could only go with the room that they had I'm not sure it's because I booked through booking but I paid the same amount as anyone if they would have booked through the hotel so I don't understand.

Nice hotel, for its looks & nothing more.
Pros:

Appeared to look like an upscale hotel, appreciate the staff & cleaniness.

Cons:

Got assigned a room, keys never worked & had them re-made at least 5 times before heading out for an event. Keys still didn’t work upon our return (midnight). Only a master key or manually turn with a physical key works. We were offered an only option to change rooms - at this point we were already unpacked and tired, so no.
The bathroom sink was backing up - faulty stopper.
Woke up to the slight smell of marijuana that triggered my allergies.
Breakfast was already a red flag w/ no butter in sight for my toast, we packed up and went elsewhere to eat.

I was not able to check in. There was no staff in the lobby to assist myself or the other people staying there. Did not answer phone when I called while in the lobby.
