When I got there there was NO HOT water… I was over charged my $100 I got two room ..
I checked out in August 13th and was only refunds the deposit for ONLY one room … I called and spoke with someone and was guaranteed my other $50 will be refunded and I didn’t received it so I went back to the hotel September 17 spoke with the person upfront. I was told that my money was returned. I pulled up my account and showed him that my money was never returned to me and he want to proceed to pay. Oh well the money will be returned. I’ve been asked what will be done to compensate these problems that I’ve been having with your establishment since I started dealing with you all I was being told that I would be credited never received it then I also was told that they would create Me account to give me a credit so that I don’t have to come back to that particular facility but that never happened so it’s just a bunch of lies as happening at this facility. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there because when I get there someone before me was complaining about something when I got to my room it was full of doll hair. They not clean the rooms. This is the worst hotel ever.

Pros:

That it hasn't moved since the first time I've stayed there 13 years ago. The price is nice. The location is very nice. The room was clean. Staff was professional.

Cons:

Water stain on the floor of my room. Breakfast options have dwindled massively from the last time I was there 3 years ago.

Terrible conditions
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

There were condiments left inside the refrigerator, food crumbs in the desk chair, food crumbs on the floor, curtain rod was broken, no one had vacuumed in front of several doors along our hallway, and the door lock didn’t work.

Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

The sheets were dirty, the mattress pad was soiled . When calling the front desk and asked for sheets, I was told" didn't you check in a while ago and now you need sheets. Sheets never came. Wifi would go in and out. Just not a good hotel. Also it smelled of pest spray.
