I liked the location

Cons:

The sheets were dirty, the mattress pad was soiled . When calling the front desk and asked for sheets, I was told" didn't you check in a while ago and now you need sheets. Sheets never came. Wifi would go in and out. Just not a good hotel. Also it smelled of pest spray.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

We travel all over the world and I write a lot of reviews… I wish we didn’t have to leave this place! Sooo friendly, QUIET, don’t hang on your door at 9am. Just great customer service. We have had some unforeseen issues and are staying another night. Front desk was accommodating and nice. I have a service animal and he loves it here too! We’re DEFINITELY GOING TO BE BACK!

Pros:

All that I ask is that scrambled eggs and some meat for breakfast is added to the breakfast menu because the inclusive breakfast is what I look forward to. Having only cereal and waffle as an option is pretty sad when im spending over 100 bucks a night for a room.

Nothing the staff lies for money

Cons:

I had booked the wrong day, management told me id get a refund if i booked the day I needed, so I did, then fought for a refund for 3 weeks after to ger absolutely nothing refunded and I paid for 2 days stay for being there just 1 day.. then the employee admitted that he was scamming me then hung up laughing on week 3-4 of asking for a refund

There were stains on a bath towel
Some hairs in shower
A stain on the ceiling
Wall needs repainting
Stairwell smelled of dog and cigarettes, the carpet was probably a science experiment

I will say the mattress was comfortable, but with the towel being deemed acceptable, what else is deemed acceptable
