Best Western Kennesaw

Both check in (in late evening) and check out (in AM) clerks were very friendly with genuine smiles. Our stay met our expectations for a quick overnight stay while traveling through.

It was none of the typical gauging of a guest. During a previous stay I was made aware two family members were killed in an auto accident. As this was a shock.to my family, another family member intended to deposit monies into one of three bank accounts in order for me to extend my stay tp make funeral arrangemebts. They pit the deposit imto the wrong nabk account. I was destrought, depressed and stressed. I smoked a igarwtye in the room withou B t tjought of cknswquences. Thrhptel owner put me on a "do not tent" list, unsympsthetic as that seems. I was unawarr until i tried chrcking in. Inhad written an.email apologizubg for my eeror, rxolsjned the circumstances and provided a date i would be sblebto make reperations financially. I never received his response. Having inqyired, i was told bynthe front desk i was not even welcome to use the restroom facilities. I lost ywo family menge4s and yhe hotel owner's reaction is ratger tacky.

Thiscwas a nonrefundable hotel fate, althiugh i was not advised of thevDNR until o wttempted to check in. I insist on avrefund ofbthis hotek rate.

The room was nice as always, staff was polite and easy check in.

Great place. The room had an odor, but it was overall clean. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

We came down for the weekend for an event and the check in was very quick. The staff was nice all shifts. The breakfast was ok but they kept the area clean. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great friendly staff

The gal at the front desk was so funny and welcoming. My room was super lovely and the bed was so comfy. The hotel is located in an amazing area with a mall and tons of restaurants. Great place to stay!

Breakfast was still being brought out and filled all the way till 9am, most places stop early. Still got a full breakfast getting there late... huge bonus to this place.

The front desk staff were awesome! Very friendly and accommodating.

Although the hotel has a sign that it is a smoke-free hotel, the hallways reeked of marijuana and smoke the entire 5-day stay. Try explaining that to young kids. Of those who were courteous enough to go outside to smoke cigarettes, they were right at the entrance. Very disappointed in how this was managed. Not sure anything can be done with what guests do. I will not be staying there again.

The only complaint I had was the loud door slamming.
