Pros:

The staff were friendly. It was clean. The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The breakfast on weekends apparently is a buffet, but we had vouchers for the cook to order menu.

Cons:

Not y’all’s fault but Booking.com didn’t have an obvious notice that another $75 would be charged for my pet. I selected pet friendly when I searched for my room options and I saw no option to select to add so assumed it was included already
So $75 wasn’t expected

El trato del personal administrativo

Cons:

Que nos dieron la habitación 2 horas y media después de que llegamos , a las 3 era la entrada y nos dieron la habitación casi a las 6 dela tarde, llegamos tarde al evento que tuvimos en el salón del hotel por la tardanza al entregarnos las llaves del cuarto .

1. He couldn't get but One of the Two Door Keys to Work.
2. Toilet to Low, hard to get up that at our Age, close to 74, Years Old.
3. No Continental Breakfast.
