Pros:

Lobby looks good, my 11 years old said it was luxurious 😅
They put a leaflet with important informations as pool and breakfast hours with your key card. It's rarely seen and very appreciated

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic, but there were different choices to please a good portion of people.

For the close to $400 for one night it was definitely not worth it. Not with other hotels around
Cons:

I had room 100. Right next to the door to outside as well as the steps. The noise level was ridiculous. The door opening and closing all the time. We were exhausted and we're not able to get a good night's sleep.
When we went for the breakfast at around 9 ish. There was 1 bagel left and the food was cold. We ended up having to go to ihop to eat

Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately cleanliness at the hotel has gotten worse since my last visit. Concerningly deteriorated bathrooms, multiple dusty surfaces in room that did not seem properly wiped down.

The hotel served its purpose for our visit, but was more expensive than what we got
Pros:

Check in and out were both super efficient. Staff was welcoming and inviting. Great location

Cons:

Hot tub looked very dirty. Water pressure of shower was very low.

Pros:

buffet breakfast was free. Free parking.

Cons:

Mattress hurt my back. Shower was not walk in. Noise from hallway. buffet waffle maker did poor job.

Not a place I’d return to. Should have stayed at the Marriott across the street.
Pros:

Rooms updated and clean, A/C working and cold…which is appreciated.

Cons:

The pool/hot tub was closed. The bathroom shower doesn’t work and the drain is clogged. The sheets/bed made us incredibly itchy. There were no toiletries. Overall, not great.

Pros:

The hot tub was nice .

Cons:

Our room was on the 1st floor near an entrance door so we heard the door slam shut all night. Also the room across the hall was extremely loud.

Easy & Clean, would stay again at a lower rate
Pros:

Clean sheets and bathroom

Cons:

Lower priced than hotels downtown, but still a high rate for the night. Bedding was clean, but the rugs/furniture itself could use some attention. Breakfast was good.
