Unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay.
Pros:

We did not avail ourselves of the breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was in the middle of a group that was loud and disruptive the entire time we were there. On our first night we barely got any sleep as kids and the adults were slamming doors, running and yelling in the hallways until well into the early morning hours. One kid even pounded on our door after 11 pm thinking it was his room. The second night was just as bad.

The breakfast was amazing - the omelette station and fresh fruit selection were highlights. The room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

Pros:

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to greet my chicken and make them feel like special guests. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Our bath tub (room 213) could have been a lot cleaner.
