Pros:

I believe that was the most comfortable bed in a hotel I can remember sleeping in. Linens were soft but not too "clingy".
I also enjoyed the mini market there in the lobby. Good choices, easy availability. Well stocked.
Breakfast was much appreciated!

We were supposed to get a king size bedroom instead we got a handicap two twin size bed in the bathroom was very smelly

Better than expected
Pros:

Location. Bed was comfortable. AC kept it at a temperature I like ( I like to sleep 'cold') . Breakfast had good variety. Coffee in the lobby was great.

It's petty I know, but the room curtains were raggedy. Looked like a cat had been climbing them

Excellent staff, comfortable and clean property!
Pros:

The front desk staff member, who's name I didn't get went above and beyond after I had to cancel a reservation at a nearby property due to a cleanliness issue. She accommodated every request I had.

Pros:

Exceptionally clean room and hotel in general. The staff members went above and beyond for us. I was dragging in after a 10 hour drive, and the lady at the front desk immediately asked if I wanted a bottle if water, and in fact gave us a goody bag with 2 waters and trail mix. Much appreciated!! Bed was super comfy. Huge tv that pulled out to angle either toward the bed or the sofa. Wonderful stay!

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location was convenient

Cons:

Only clean rooms every other day. Requested daily cleaning and was told it would happen. It did not. One day I requested 3 times and the staff never arrived. Not the level of service Hampton is known for.
