Location was convenient
Only clean rooms every other day. Requested daily cleaning and was told it would happen. It did not. One day I requested 3 times and the staff never arrived. Not the level of service Hampton is known for.

Parking was odd, but not inconvenient.
The indoor pool was open til 10pm. The breakfast was amazing. The Lady in charge of preparing the food was kind and caring and did an exceptional job.
Fairly quiet despite a.busy surge of other tenants.
Close to intetstate.
Mislead on some of the advertisements, felt like bait and switch on a hot tub (non existent) and was priced a queen suite with 2 queen beds and a couch bed for $136.. Ended up paying $181 for a regular queen room with 2 queen beds no.couch.
It was a great location for getting back on I-40 west good breakfast good staff.

First of all our flight got cancelled at 2am and when we woke up around 4am we immediately called the hotel. The female operator who answered the phone seemed lost and told us not to worry she cancelled the reservation. She cancelled it alright but we still got charged. There was no other flight to book today it was out of my hands. They did not want to make an exception very terrible customer service and they did not want to help us at all.
DO YOURSELF a favor and find another hotel. Big headache and too much to type. Beware the dishonesty and dodging when you try to check in. We were charged, denied refund and were told at check in that the room we were assigned did not have the layout that I reserved. Still they are refusing refund because we didn’t stay… I will be going thru other channels to get my refund after having to go across town and pay for additional 2 rooms at another hotel…
Clean rooms, not noisy, friendly staff. Location was close to highway for easy access, easy accessibility to restaurants.
Limited parking and ability to leave hotel easily on high traffic road during busy hours.
I needed to add that thanks also go out to Ashley. Very nice accommodations!!
