Cons:

The beds were super hard. I didn't get any good sleep sadly. I also found dark hair on my bedding but I didn't complain since I know it happens and it is what it is.

Excellent for families, great location and reasonable prices
Pros:

The pool and hot tub were excellent! The breakfast was good as well..I especially liked the late checkout and late breakfast time.

Kid friendly & fun great location and prices.
Pros:

Upon entering it was decorated and clean. Staff checked me in very nice guy and helpful. Everything went smoothly and not one problem during our stay. Everything was perfect. Good price and the best place for kids at a good price. We will definitely be going back.

Third time is not the charm
Pros:

We love the location and the convenience for families with the complimentary breakfast and pool for kids.

Cons:

Our check in was delayed, because our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby for almost an hour. There was no room change or amenities offered, and no discount either.

When we finally got to our room, it was only sorta clean. Some one's sock still on the floor, the top of the dresser was sticky and clearly had not been cleaned. There were a ton of smudges on the glass door to the bedroom.

On our second day there, we requested beds to be changed and made, plus new towels. They made 2 of the 3 beds and no new towels. We had to go get them later from the desk downstairs.

The beds were not comfortable at all. Extremely uncomfortable. The room was not the same as the rooms we had the past 2 years, with less space. We had expected a small table in the bedroom and a couch in the main room. We had depended on these things for family movie time or game playing in the evenings and were surprised that the "same" room did not have them this time. I looked back at past visits and we had reserved the "same" suits all 3 times.

All in all, very disappointing.

Pros:

The breakfast was good, a lot of choices for you tastes. Coffee was very bad, though.
The room was large, with good space to move around.

Cons:

Our room faced a nearby freeway, which was noisy all night. If I stay again, a room facing the back, will a must!

Great place to stay for the night.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. We were able to use the pool & Hot tub with ease.

Cons:

The beds were a little firmer than what we’re used to. We couldn’t get the CC to come up on our tv, so it was difficult for us to watch a movie.

We stayed two night and had two children. The room was large and a crib was available.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and has a great price. The staff was polite and helpful when we needed anything. They have an airport shuttle and a shuttle to the mall. There are also two restaurants nearby.

Cons:

I have only good things to say about this property.
