The room smelled the toilet was sealed to the floor the microwave had rust in it and the icurtains rods in the bathroom was rusted out didn't even was to sleep in the bed you could feel the boards in the mattress it was so then I had to burn candles to get the smell out and stains in the carpet

The property atmosphere was unsettling from entry to exit very hostile environment

I stayed at Inn town suites located on 1520 Crossways Blvd and they ripped me off. 1 paid 1,846.99 to stay from 7/1/25 until 7/30/25. They kicked me out on 7/16/25 and kept $824 dollars of my money. They refuse to refund my money and corporate doesn't answer. BEWARE...BEWARE...BEWARE. They will rip you off.

Pros:

I loved how quiet and nice the inside of the room was, very clean, and very useful with the kitchen. However, i didn’t like that housekeeping knocks on your door then just opens it, also the area around the suites is not super safe but when your in the room or near it it’s safe. They have a laundry facility which was super useful as week. Overall i had a great experience
