Terrible management. Poorly maintained property and extremely rude staff.

The GM Francis was horrific to work with. She was rude from the moment our client arrived and ultimately because our client complained about the disgusting conditions she kicked my client out of the hotel room and forced her to check out of the facility. We are still waiting on our refund. Terrible experience.

The manager is a old white racist female that treats her staff horribly. They don’t even have upgraded items in the room, old cabinets, old stoves that only do 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes like most intown suites in the same area. They have bed bugs and roaches. Horrible customer service and dirty location.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The Staff was terrible

Cons:

Air-conditioning did not work properly. The so called management team would not give me the number of the district mngr.They would not give me another room. I was told to leave, they called police and have me removed. Paid for 3 weeks stayed only 4 days
No money has been credited to my card yet!!!!
