I have enjoyed my stay and I have extended

The lady in the front office has been here a long time I didn't know that she was the property manager I found that out when I extended my visit and I was just like to say that she is very pleasant every time I see her she's very welcoming and helpful. She can relate to guests which is very important. And also I like that I booked the room a week ahead of time and ask for a ground floor room and I was given that with no arguments so I do like this room there are some rules but they're not super crazy and I can see why they may have been put in place. Also one very important the thing was that the lady that manages this property let us check the room before we even made a payment to make sure that we were happy with the room which I really like and appreciated

Cons:

The only thing that I would have liked is to have the option for amenities I'm so dry so it pay for clean towels things like that but it's okay

Cons:

Every room non smoking in all is filled with smoke.If you have allergies or asthma DO NOT SLEEP HERE rooms are not cleaned doors filled with dirt and dust sheets stained and roaches are really bad .If you are traveling alone DO NOT STAY HERE .ITS NOT SAFE.Addicts live at this location.I booked and payed and only stayed 1 hr before I realized I wasn’t safe and Room was to filthy to even take a shower in.Dont walk away RUN and STAY AWAY from this place

The only thing I could say is that looks nice on the outside, but it is horrible on the inside. Roaches rooms are dirty and disgusting water damage everywhere. Things are broken. Staff is rude when they bring the problems up. They don’t give us any amenities no toilet paper no towels no nothing

it was the worst stay ever my son was not happy either

There was no breakfast which was sad I really thought there was breakfast here

A cleaner room work T.V. better staff hospitality, I took a shower the first night there was a worm crawling around the outside of the shower, there roaches in the furniture of the rooms, I still haven't received my deposit for this. the office manager is so rude he doesn't speak. the power went out no accommodations for that or even offered. you can't even sit in your car and have a conversation they tell you can't sit in your car. management admitted to me that they had a lot of unsafe things going on the property in the pass but their ways of controlling that without making others feel unsafe or unwanted.

Horrible never go to this hotel
Pros:

People are like robots don't care about how you want to feel like being at home they just want to run you like you have no rights at all and lie about the cost of the rooms charge additional fees when you get there that why I boom through y'all so I don't have to pay an outrageous deposit

Cons:

you are responsible for your own utensils pot and pans toilet tissue and towels. no housekeeping on the first floor.
