Dirty carpets, bottles and other garbage behind the fridge, large spider in the bathroom, worn out mattress. Room was literally thirty feet from front desk, the noise level was intolerable

The room was very musty, I had to open a window to get fresh air.
I felt it was way over priced. And the other rooms seemed to be rented as permanent living quarters. The upstairs was off limits. And no cancellation available. No one at the front desk. The lady that did come was living there as a tenant.
I couldn’t see that there was a breakfast.
The lady at the front desk had to call the manager to get us logged in.
Long story short I think Booking should remove this place it was awful.

cockroach problem and cleanliness taken care of

It was very dirty and smelled horrible. The front desk staff had no idea what she was doing and also kept trying to give us rooms that were already occupied. We walked into a few rooms with people already in them. The pool was non working and the staff said the owners wont pay for the maintenance of the pool but the website said they had 1. It was a horrible experience all together.

Was expecting pool and breakfast, got neither, soda and snack machine empty and out of order.

Dirty bathroom with hair from previous guest. No one working front counter as I had to wait over 20 mins and saw no sign of anyone working. Had to call number to speak to someone not even physically in the hotel where they then had me move to a different hotel. I’m assuming same owners. The lady I spoke with was kind to me.

Breakfast was very average but not too bad

NO ONE WORKING BEHIND THE MAIN DESK, NO FRESH COFFEE, ROOMS COULD OF BEEN CLEANER

Old wet wash cloth was still in shower. Door lock was damaged and the lady at the desk still put me there anyway. Chintzy with toilet paper.

A bit more staff availability.

Not clean. Still food and dirty dishes in breakfast area from the morning when we arrived at 5pm. Refrigerator didn’t work. Coffee pot in our room still had coffee in it. We wondered if the room had been cleaned.

Outside was not lit up at all hotel smelled musty carpet was gross I kept my sandals on my husband had on socks which I threw away the morning we left. We slept on top of sheets in our clothes. Room was gross and above the bed was a mirror that went all the the way down the wall
felt you were being watched. The room was nothing like the picture. Refrigerator door was taped at the corner holding it together. Bathroom floor was dirty by the tub in the grout looked like dry pee and bathtub had stains in it. There was hardly anyone at this facility.

Expected a person to be at the front desk when I ckd out Monday am.
