Pros:

- Die Frage nach Bequemlichkeit der Betten subjektiv zu betrachten (Emfindet jeder anders)
- Zur Anreise habe ich mich trotz online check In an der Rezeption gemeldet, bzw, kurz guten Abend gesagt, der freundliche Mitarbiter an der Rezeption (stellvertr. Empfangschef?) hat mich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich ein Zimmer mit einem kl. Einzelbett gebucht habe und hat mir ein upgrade angeboten. Sehr zufriedenstellend, wenn die Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Großes Lob! Weiss ich zu schätzen, da ich selbst ein Hotel leite.
- Frühstück nicht genutzt
- Parken, habe vor dem Gelände einen Parkplatz genutzt, stehen aber ausreichend Parklplätze zur Verfügung
- Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet direkt an der Autobahn, mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig.
- Am frühen Morgen bellte ein Hund (wahrscheinlich eines Gastes), dafür kann das Hotel Nichts
- Ich habe keine weitere Dienstleistung genutzt, war wg. einer privaten Feier in Kaarst, würde das Hotel aber auf alle Fälle wieder für einen Stop over buchen

Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, nur wenn der Pool eine Treppe mit Handlauf hätte und keine Leiter
Pros:

Die Empfangsperson schien mir nicht ganz "Wahrhaftig" noch sehr bemüht um uns betagtes Ehepaar zu sein.
Das Schwimmbad war OK, ABER die Einstigsleiter war für uns 88J. eine Falle. Die Stufen ware über 30 Cms. auseinander. Also, warum nicht eine schöne Treppe ins und aus aus dem Wasser. Warum diese billige Leiter??? Wir müssten beide schlimm kämpfen, ein- und auszusteigen.

Cons:

Siehe bitte oben. Meiner Frau war die Mattratze nicht weich genug. Mir war sie gerade richtig.

Es war Nachsaison. Das Hotel schein nicht voll belegt zu sein. Warum verlangten Sie von uns betagten ganze 19 €uro Parkgebühr für eine nacht?

Pros:

Die Übernachtung in dem Hotel war sehr angenehm, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Ausstattung des Zimmers war prima. Kostenloses Wasser gab es an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbe- Wohngebiet. Ich fand die Umgebung nicht so toll. Für den Zweck unseres Aufenthaltes (Nähe zum Bahnradstadion in Büttgen) war es aber perfekt.
