Madison, Tyler, and Gavin were of great assistance and provided awesome service with getting our car especially when we forgot stuff in the car.. multiple times. Thank you guys!
The room was very clean and kept when we arrived. My family stayed there for a day and the valet woman, Madison, was amazing!
Good place to stay! Great location. Courteous staff!! Special shout out to: Jenna at Valet in evenings - extremely dedicated, hard working and pleasant!
What a sad representation of a Hilton hotel. If you get a suite, be prepared to listen to the elevator cables rattle every 5 minutes. We alerted the front desk shortly after check in who acted as if this was normal. We were offered to downsize our room (while still paying for the suite) or to deal with the noise. We asked for some kind of compensation that would be a little more fair but received a “I’ll have to talk to my manager excuse.” We asked for late check out, which we were verbally granted but received a harsh knock on our door the next afternoon for a “room check” as though we were in military boot camp. We received an extra $300 charge for smoking which neither me nor my husband partake in and when asked for corporates number I was given the number of the front desk who obviously is incapable of taking care of anything. This is not hospitality. The worst stay I have had at any hotel. And if you have an allergy to mold, definitely do not stay here the shower is disgusting.
I went to the front desk to check in to the hotel where my mother had been staying for the past three nights; I was simply joining her room for the final night. Unfortunately, the front desk attendant, Marrisa, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She refused to give me a room key despite me providing all the correct information and even offering for her to call my mother to confirm. She declined to do so.
Thankfully, the staff member next to her stepped in, called my mother for voice confirmation, and promptly provided me with a key. The situation was resolved easily once someone was willing to be helpful. A little kindness and basic customer service go a long way, especially in the hospitality industry.
Hotel was clean very comfortable.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Location is great'
parking was great
Elevator needs work.
Clean and beautiful
The air in my room wasn’t cooling and they didn’t fix it nor move us to another room
I didn’t eat breakfast, because it wasn’t included with the room . I was very disappointed due to the price of the rooms the breakfast should’ve been included ‼️
The air in the room didn’t cool and the hotel didn’t fix it nor bother to make us comfortable for the night , my husband and I slept in a hot room .
Location
Was very upset with the Elevator as my mother in law had just had knee surgery and had to walk down from the 10th floor when the elevators were not working causing her lots of discomfort for the balance of her stay she had to take some serious pain killers just to move around
Was not accommodating to a few requests made and always had cold showers 3xs
We are gold status. Did not offer waters when checking in . The front desk are not professional at all! They put us in a handicap room right by the elevator . Asked to move they are sold out. Then we wanted to extend our stay the front desk tells us we are sold out. We call Hilton and poof we get a room. They won’t let us have late check out and we now have to wait until check in at 3! This why we are platinum Marriot and hardly stay at Hilton. We shouldn’t even patronize Hilton with what they did to the ice agents. Do BETTER!
what breakfast had to go to coffee shop..............
the parking people were very good, in getting cars
Holiday express does way better, really one day parking $20, 4 days $45 seem to me the longer you stay the cheaper it should be. No micro waves in room, No complimentary coffee, juice, breakfast. 15 floors and only 2 elevators working???? what is up with that, Had to wait to long on them, and then had to wait more because they were so full. Being a Hilton you should be able to do much better. Plus no bay view?? That is in your name There should always be some sort of food service! Even if only sandwiches, appertizers, something to snack on while at the pool. Saw LOTS of people coming back from publix's. I did have your smash burger and it was pretty good.
