Fantastic Location for a Walk About Downtown.
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Hilton in downtown St. Petersburg and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Every team member I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a great stay. Management clearly deserves credit for creating such a positive and professional atmosphere.

The property itself was also impressively clean and well maintained. The lobby, common areas, and rooms were spotless and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day out exploring the city.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the location. It’s perfectly situated in downtown St. Pete and within a short, easy walk to some of the city’s best attractions. The Dali Museum, the St. Pete Pier, and the main bar and restaurant district are all just minutes away on foot, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing a car.

I also have to give a special shout-out to the mattresses—they were extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep each night of the stay. That’s something that really matters when you’re traveling.

Finally, the price point for this location and quality was excellent. For a clean, well-run hotel in such a prime downtown spot, the value is hard to beat.

Overall, a fantastic stay. Great staff, great location, comfortable rooms, and solid value. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting St. Petersburg.

Cockroaches!!
Pros:

It was a DISGUSTING experience.I guess we got assigned the must FILTHY and infested room in the property. Cockroaches roaming up and down in our belongings, specially in the bathroom area. I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and for my surprise there was a cockroaches party in my tooth brush. I communicated the incident to the property the same night (actually around 2 am) and they changed us from the 3 floor to the 15. I asked for remediation to the matter (because of the risk of our belongings getting infested) and I just got successfully ignored by the executives, some lady from their insurance called me but when I called back she never answered, I have been trying to get in contact with them and still nothing! They are just greedy and as disgusting as the cockroaches.
Save your money, energy and dignity! DONT STAY In this place!

Cleanliness Problems and No Response from Management
Pros:

I don’t often post reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience given the conditions I encountered at this hotel. After checkout, I reached out to the General Manager and provided photos, but I have not received a response. When I called to report the issues, I was told that my concerns were unfounded.
On Friday night, I noticed a faint urine odor when I got into bed. After pulling back the sheets, I discovered that both the bedding and mattress were damp with urine, and the smell filled the room. Housekeeping came up to replace the linens, but the mattress itself was wet, so fresh linens were not going to resolve the problem. The odor intensified once the bedding was removed and we had no choice but to leave the room. We were eventually moved to a different room after being told the hotel was sold out and no other room was available.
The next morning, as we prepared to leave room #2, I noticed movement on the desk. I found a live cockroach crawling across the surface. I have never experienced anything like this at an establishment of this reputation. So disappointing after having our wedding here 10 years ago.

Didn’t get the value for the price!

Location is awesome! Staff was very friendly!

Cons:

Very disappointed with condition of room! Several fixtures in the ceiling were rattling and creating an unbearable noise! I had to ‘jimmy’ them in order to get a good night sleep! Also, room only had 2 towels in it! 2 adults staying for 2 nights and the room has 2 towels in it?!?! Lastly, the carpets and floors in general around the hotel were not clean…especially in the restaurant (Tangerine)!
