Pros:

Room, particularly ALL light switches, was filthy. The bedside table and floor had dirt on them too.

Menu is extremely limited and overpriced. No where close to buy any food.

Location is TERRIBLE! It is not close to any place of importance. It is not close to any shopping center or restaurant. I had to take a taxi to get to the closest restaurant.
Breakfast was at best average. Dinner was edible but well below average.

After vacatng our holiday rental to get to the airport to be told our flight had been cancelled. Ok for a nights stay with an elderly parent.Did not have breakfast as pizza whwn we got there was off putting enough

Just perfect for pre flight stay

So this was a mix stay for me. I usually don’t give bad ratings, but the staff was friendly and attentive, but the tables outside were always dirty. It seems like no one really takes responsibility for cleaning out the garbage can and cleaning the tables off between patrons on a regular basis. Although the lobby has been renovated, the rooms are sadly outdated.

Overall a good stay.
Pros:

The room was a comfortable temperature and the beds were comfortable but the waterproof protector made them overly hot. Also the protector made the top mattress slide about so much that I nearly fell out as it ended up overhanging by about 20cm. The shower was fantastic. Overall the room was very good though. We were disappointed that the restaurant didn't have a lot on offer from the advertised dinner menu so we went out to eat instead. The Romanian girl on check in was really helpful and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lift had sweets on the floor. There was litter that hadn't been cleared. The room was basic but the bed was comfortable. It seemed to be the same as the IBIS budget hotel except for the price.

hotel very handy for Alicante Airport hotel is a little worn but comfortable and with free car parking whilst you stay no long stay, food on site but would say avoid at all costs the staff left a full tray of raw chicken out next to a tray of clean glasses and other food we also witness lots of food cross-contamination whilst staff were cooking the food it was the worse ever so avoid
