Good location and value.
Pros:

It was quiet and there was free secured parking. The room was big. It was close to all downtown sights.

Cons:

Nothing really. I was expecting worse and it was actually a good stay. The price was fair for a last-minute booking.

To sum it up it was fair ( but some renovations needed and it will be pretty good for that price)
Pros:

Good location, stuff were pretty friendly.

Cons:

If you are staying for more than 1 day be ready won’t get any room service( we spend 2 days and we were ok with that but we had some garbage and not enough bins for it), and also with the bath staff was the same.

Also in our room was some rust inside the bathtub, the one thing I really didn’t like.
It was not clean overall but at the same time not too dirty.

Beds looked clean so just for sleeping over the night generally was tolerable. Comparing with prices you can take it but you should to be ready for some inconvenience (I’ve read reviews before booking so I was ok with that problems), but it could be cheaper for such conditions and services as for me.

I hated it. Will never recommend to anyone

Cons:

Everything. Room smell like somebody smoking weed there, so much suffocation. Heat was too high and wasn’t turning off. Bedsheets turned yellow. Shower curtains were moldy. Cattle wasnt working
