Good service, great price, perfect home base for all my adventures.
Pros:

Downtown and only a few blocks from all sorts of things to do. Prices were awesome. Staff were great.

Cons:

Downtown… More a Victoria issue than the hotel’s but if you are out late, take care!

OK, overall clean.
Pros:

Front desk were attentive.
Location was good. 2 blocks from China town.
Good price, maybe because the facility is old, need some renovation.

Cons:

Ice machine, elevator were out of service.
For us, 2 guests, they only provide 2 bath towels, 1 hand and 1 face. I had to ask for 1 more face towels.
You have to ask for cleaning each day.

Near the wharf, Chinatown, and old Victoria. Great location for exploring the downtown and nice place to come back to rest.

Won’t be going back!
Cons:

My sons room didn’t have a bottom sheet, only a mattress cover that was dirty.. Had to get them to put one on, much to his disgust!
The rooms were not very clean.. Had a bunch of homeless hanging out under our window..
