A very comfortable and fun start to our holiday.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms. Always love a spa bath.

Cons:

Parking being off site. But not a deal breaker for next time.

The bathroom in room 207 is designed for accessibility. When the shower is used, the bathroom floor quickly floods to the point that using a bath mat is impossible as it is immediately covered in water.

Never again. Very noisy. City location had too many homeless people. Food shopping appalling.
Pros:

Staff were ok excluding staff member on arrival as she was providing a narrow room with small tv and not empathetic.
We complained and she moved us to another that was only adequate.
No dishwasher.
Ripped curtains.
Dirty face washer found in bathroom cabinet.
No fresh air as windows could not be opened

Great location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in a great location and easy to check in. Room was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Had dining table and plenty of storage space

Cons:

Had to walk four flights of stairs to get to our room. Parking was a short walk away and cost $32 a day. Bed was a bit worn out and shower lacked water pressure. Bit of street noise but the central location makes up for it.

It was clean property and staff was very polite and were ready to accommodate 1 hour late check out too on our request

Cons:

We booked for us(me and my husband) with our 3 year old and the studio provided had a huge pillar in the centre of the room. It was not at all safe as 3 year old generally roam around the room and got hit twice on the pillar. Room we got was different than the pictures too.

There was a pool in basement which I had hoped to swim in. I was very surprised to learn that as a hotel guest you had to pay $30 just to use it. I did not use it for this reason

Great location…comfortable hotel…ditch the car…
Pros:

Having a suite in the city was great. We didn’t use it to cook but space is important…especially during a 45 day adventure in Australia

Cons:

Check in…having only 5 minutes in the bus stop…not quite knowing where the lobby was…unloading luggage…getting car to parking lot…in retrospect we would have done all our touring first and then dropped off car at airport before Hobart…
