Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Es ist in der Nähe von der Interstate und man kann gut Ausflüge von dort aus machen. In den Zimmern war es trotzdem recht ruhig. Es war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch gut.

Exceptional customer service from Taryn
Pros:

The support and care we received from Taryn at the front desk was among the best customer service we have ever received. My mom and I were in Tampa for a family emergency, and were hardly able to think straight out of shock and grief. When we were at our worst, Taryn was thoughtful, helpful, kind and warm. We were so thankful for her kindness and compassion.

Pros:

I really liked this hotel. The staff is friendly and provides great service, the room is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. What I liked the most was the breakfast, it’s an excellent breakfast, better than most hotels in the same category. I travel to Tampa fairly often, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
