The bed. Firm mattress, plenty of pillows and bed covering was heavy enough to keep you warm.
Also, Jake from front desk, came to room to assist me when I couldn't get a signal on tv. He got it to work and saved the night!
We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed. They gladly provided extra towels, washcloths, and sheets, and I really appreciated that they had a baby crib ready for my baby girl. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety, and everyone we met was so friendly. We even had the chance to chat with other guests who were so kind to my babies and my family. One of my favorite little details was the Dove soap and body wash in the room. It may seem small, but it made the stay feel even nicer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly didn’t want to leave.
Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay from beginning to end.

A veces el ruido nocturno, ya por la conducta de los huéspedes como por el generador de aire acondicionado resulta muy incómodo y dificulta el sueño.
Todo me gusto las camas muy cómodas las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias

Breakfast was good, staff was very kind and helpful.
Lots of building maintenance needed to be done, our sink in our room didn’t drain at all. To the point we had to use cups to get water out, multiple buckets around the breakfast sitting area to collect drippings from the ceiling which seemed unsanitary.
Everything - the staff, the cleanliness, beds and pillows are super comfortable, nice pool to take a break from this heat, the free breakfast is delicious, and it's in pretty good location.

The staff was AMAZING! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The rooms were comfortable and clean!
The only critique I have would be that the elevators are not air conditioned and were hot and humid. Other than that, I have nothing but praise!
