Great location, Great staff! Clean comfortable room! Would definitely stay there again.
Nothing
They double charged me and refused to correct the mistake. Absolutely unacceptable inconvenience!
Centrally located, clean and spacious room, responsive staff, great breakfast, reasonable price. This is my second time at this property and it consistently shines.
What a lovely, lovely place to stay in the heart of Jerusalem. So glad we came, will be back! Breakfast was AMAZING, staff were extremely helpful and accommodating…made my every request seem easy and granted with a smile.
Staying at the prima kings was fantastic. All staff including the lovely manager at breakfast every morning were great, helpful and kind.
I am usually a very positive and forgiving reviewer and rarely leave negative feedback unless it is truly warranted. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing enough that it needs to be shared honestly.
We stayed one night at Prima Kings Jerusalem. The lobby and entrance are tasteful but very plain. There is nothing elegant about the space, and the decor feels dated and in need of a refresh.
The room itself was a decent size and layout, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. The windows were extremely dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in years, which was unpleasant and immediately noticeable. Even worse, there was hair on the freshly made bed and also hair in the bathroom, which is something I find very hard to overlook in any hotel.
On top of that, the hallway had a strong sewer like odor. Every time we opened the door, the smell came straight into the room and lingered for several minutes.
We also dealt with multiple maintenance issues. The TV was not working and required a call to maintenance. More concerning, the room was absolutely freezing. We called maintenance for the heat, and the technician spent about twenty minutes trying to fix it. An hour later, the room was still frigid, so we had to call him back. He returned for another fifteen minutes, but again, the heat never properly worked. We ended up calling a third time.
At no point was there an apology or an offer to move us to another room. Instead, they eventually brought a portable space heater, which barely helped and only warmed a small portion of the room. It felt like a temporary fix rather than a real solution.
Overall, this was not a comfortable or pleasant stay. Between the poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and unresolved heating issues, it was frustrating and disappointing. I truly hope the hotel addresses these problems, because with better upkeep and attention to detail, it could be much better.
