We got upgraded to a room with a balcony upon arrival which was really nice. The room was big and had everything we needed with a good size bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of food. The Shabbat meals were also amazing and the food was tasty. Staff were friendly, especially the guy cleaning the rooms who constantly asked if we needed anything extra. Someone also called the room to check if we needed anything and if we were happy. The location is perfect for anything central Jerusalem. 20 minutes walk max to all the main areas. When we arrived to our room, there was some chocolate, nuts and a bottle of water waiting for us which was a nice gesture. Definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again.
There was nothing I didnt like, was all great.
Great location. Good hechsher though the chocolate served in the room was not lemahadrin. Nice balcony.
