L'emplacement permettant d'aller à pas mal d'attractions (compris les restos) à pied. Les personnels agréables.

Cons:

Nous voullons profiter de ce service 2 pièces "pressing" gratuits par jour. quand le check out, on a dû regler le nettoyage. Car le mot "pressing" veut dire "ironing", pas dans le sens "washing". Heureusement nous avons donné peu de pièces à laver !

Excellent location, very close to major attractions such as Nanjing Road, Yu Garden, the Aquarium, and the Bund. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

The only weak point was the internet speed, which could be improved. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Molto Buono.
Pros:

Hotel di livello e confort ottimo. Abbiamo preso camere con vista Pearl Tower dal Bund vs Pudong. Bellissime. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade per quella dei ragazzi. Posizione eccezionale per visitare Shanghai. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione è completa e molto variegata. Per rendere più agevole la ricerca del tavolo nell'orario di punta basterebbe che il personale (numeroso) accompagnasse i clienti soli in tavoli da 2 e non fosse consentito occuparne uno da 4. Ho visto una signora al buffet che si riempiva un contenitore personale di dolci della colazione... non accettabile per un 5 stelle.
