الفندق جميل لكن ك خمس نجوم خدمات النظافة غير مرضية وخدمة ترتيب الشنط غير مرضية ابدا العمالة لاتفهم لغة انجليزية والتعامل

Molto Buono.
Pros:

Hotel di livello e confort ottimo. Abbiamo preso camere con vista Pearl Tower dal Bund vs Pudong. Bellissime. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade per quella dei ragazzi. Posizione eccezionale per visitare Shanghai. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione è completa e molto variegata. Per rendere più agevole la ricerca del tavolo nell'orario di punta basterebbe che il personale (numeroso) accompagnasse i clienti soli in tavoli da 2 e non fosse consentito occuparne uno da 4. Ho visto una signora al buffet che si riempiva un contenitore personale di dolci della colazione... non accettabile per un 5 stelle.

La limpieza, ubicacion y cocina .

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitacion que no tenia vistas,( cuando teníamos contratadas con vistas) y la habitacion ademas olía a tabaco. Nos la cambiaron.

Super well located, close to the Bund, Yu Garden and Nanjing Road. Very helpful and flexible staff at reception. Decent variety at breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really - room was a little less spatious compared to other hotels in China. Carpeted floor in the hallway may create the impression of being a little dated.

La ubicación miy buena y el hotel con la calidad esperada. En especial el desayuno.

Cons:

Pedimos dos habitaciones con vistas y sin humos. Una de ellas no era la contratada daba a una fachada y la habitacion olía a tabaco. Reclamamos y nos la cambiaron.
