A comfortable and enjoyable stay in an excellent location, with friendly service.
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at The Westin Shanghai. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and relaxing, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Cons:

There was very little to complain about. However, the breakfast could offer a slightly wider Western selection. Overall, these were minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay.

Awesome stay would recommend! Staff were exceptional!
Pros:

Staff were the best, receptionist especially Jackson wang was outstanding! he even have our room ready before time.
Everyone work really hard in Westin, really appreciate the hardworking team there.
Room size were awesome and adequate probably the only cons were the thermostat tap were a bit faulty especially the hot one. walking perfectly close around 15-20 mins then you got Yu Yuan garden/ Nanjing St.

Cons:

Breakfast was only average for Westin standard and room 617 view were disappointing but all others were fine as Westin is located surrounded by many buildings

A luxurious room with a view! A hotel that is in walking distance to all cultural and iconic tourist destinations
Pros:

The initial entrance was grand. Everything was clean. I had a great view of the Pearl Tower.

Clean silky sheets.

Cons:

Had a smoker on my level which was a non smoking floor. He was squatting outside the front door of his door, with a cigarette and a bottle to dispose of the ash. The smoke managed to enter my room.

Would’ve been nice to have a bidet toilet.

Great location, very good overall facilities, very comfortable room, good breakfast. Helpfull staff

Cons:

Tables are too close to each other for breakfast. Only 1 bathrobe for a double room occupancy.
