Nice hotel. Good location. If you are traveling with a pet be sure to find out the additional cost per pet before you make your reservation. Because some people allow their pets to trash hotel rooms, pet costs for hotel stays have gone up. That way you have no surprises at check in. You can’t blame hotel management. They have a right to protect themselves.

The rooms are clean the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good there.

I was greeted by Andrea, when I arrived. She was super friendly, had me taken care of in minutes.

My stay was amazing. It all began in the counter Vanessa was amazing. Her customer service is always above and beyond. She treated me the second I walked in, she had me checked in within minutes. Kudos to Vanessa!

Rooms smelled kinda weird but other than that it was a decent and affordable stay for the weekend

Customer service at this location has always been great! How ever this is the first time the cover sheets were not clean. It looks like they used the same ones from the person before me. There were some unusual stains and hairs on them. Other than this everything was fine.

The hotel was excellent, clean spacious, great customer service. But, it was Connected to an In and Out parking lot. The pool looks like it’s in the parking lot with bars around it. Everyone from the outside can see directly into the pool area. I would feel uncomfortable if my daughter or I were using the pool. Besides that, it was great!

I was unable to change the date from November 3-4 to November 17-18 because my grandson Bryce’s swearing in ceremony for Federal Border Patrol changed the date and I made a mistake by doing a non refundable choice on the Expedia. A waste of over $160 as my $51 dollar bonus on Expedia was also used.

I was greeted by Vanessa, she was amazing she was very informative. She had me checked in within minutes. Her customer service was above and beyond. KUDOS to her.

Upon arrival the front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating, getting us checked in quickly and offering bottled water and cookies.

We asked for a ground floor room, and even though they had already set us in a second floor room, they rearranged things to put on the ground floor.

The included breakfast is just what you'd expect from this class of hotel, but unlike some, here the pastries and breads were kept fresh and not stale, the fresh cooked potatoes were actuall delicious, and the attendant kept the area meticulously clean and well stocked. Also, breakfast starts at 4:00am which is nice since most start at 5:00am.

Least favorite thing: the tv system is laborious to choose a station, and there's no commercial free movie stations to choose.

Most favorite thing(s):
1) The staff is very friendly
2) our big king sized bed mattress was extra comfortable with plenty of good pillows.

The hotel was located conveniently off of the freeway. There was sufficient parking, for it shared the lot with the adjoining building's parking lot. The area for breakfast is a nice room with a tv, where it looks like one could throw a meeting for a small group inside of it. We were in a spacious room and the air conditioner worked great. We would consider staying at this location again.

The young lady's who handled check-in and breakfast were outstanding. Friendly, organized and efficient.
