the front desk staff was very helpful and kind
For the price it was great. Lounge area was very nice and the staff was good with kids.
The location to return home to N.H. Breakfast was good.
The window in the room could not be opened more than a few inches. The lights in this room were very bright . For me I personally like soft light 💡. Also the pillows are very small they should be much larger so that you can read comfortably.

We have to say that Brad at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, as we were there for a memorial service.. The cost of the stay here was comparable to all the other hotels in the area, which we found to be a bonus.

Excellent Hotel and staff were very nice but what was the most impressive thing was the assistance they offered after I had left! I left something important in my room and they were so efficient in their response, posted it (internationally), there was a mix up re customs and it ended up being sent back to them and they posted it again-free of charge. Really helpful responses from Erin, Dan, Grace and Kaitlyn-thank you! Would highly recommend
Fantastic hotel to stay at. Our room was clean and very comfortable. If I come back to Boston I will definitely stay here.
Nice Courtyard - very clean. Only complaint- noisy AC unit and very noisy mini-fridge. Didn’t get a great nights sleep. But, cleanliness is most important to me.
