I prefer a free breakfast buffet. Fruits, bagels, waffles, muffins, coffee, tea. Location very good.
Elevators not working. Breakfast cafe.

We did not like so called sufficient “breakfast included” experience, especially for a family booking.
A child being limited to only one item—for example, just bread, fruit, cereal, or a beverage—would not ordinarily constitute a complete breakfast. Even the adult allowance of only two items could be inadequate if, for example, choosing cereal and milk uses both selections or choosing food leaves no beverage.
The main issue is how the rate was presented when we booked:
If it said “breakfast included” without clearly explaining that it was a limited coupon or café credit, our expectation of a normal breakfast was reasonable.
Since the coupon restrictions were disclosed only after check-in, that is particularly misleading.
As we paid more for a breakfast-inclusive rate, you should request either reimbursement for the breakfast portion, Marriott points, or another appropriate adjustment.
It was very clean and comfortable, staff was amazing.

If we could have 2 bottles of water was very helpful. We forgot to buy water wish there was some in the room!

I think the 4 star is a fair rating. Overall, it is consistent in quality with Courtyard hotels and the staff is very pleasant. Parking is free, there is no free breakfast but they do have a nice small food counter where you can purchase food and eat on nearby table. They have a small pool and gym. So why not 5 stars? We've stayed here 3 times.
1) The hotel is a bit awkward to get to off the highway
2) Parking is a bit annoying. They have spots int he front but they always fill up so you have to park in the back and its. few mins walk back to the front desk
3) Housekeeping could be better. They did not refill the body wash when we checked in. We asked to refill and they did but should have done before check in. Also the iron did not work but they replaced it. Its not the end of the world but sadly not 5 star worthy.
4) beds are a bit soft. Some reviews loves it but its too soft for us.
So why do we stay? Close to the highway, Costco and child's college nearby,
