立地には助けられました。
Pros:

甲子園でのイベントだった為、徒歩圏内で助かりました。

Cons:

空調が効かず暑いでした。
外気温の高い時間帯は特に効かず、涼む事がなかなかできず大変でした。
冷蔵庫も冷えにくくぬるいでした。

Pros:

甲子園球場から近い
朝食はゆとりある感じで良かった

Cons:

禁煙ルームが空いてなかったので、喫煙ルームに泊まりましたが部屋がタバコ臭すぎて荷物にも臭いがつきました。
何日も前から言ってあったので、もっと対策をしてもらいたかった。
部屋のカーペットがボロボロだった。
風呂もトイレとシャワー分けて欲しい。
ドライヤーも古かった。
年数が経っているので、リノベーションして欲しい。

球場から近く、休憩できる場
Pros:

従業員の方の挨拶がとても気持ちよかったです。

Cons:

今回、ライブで滞在しましてが、夜の食事で大変困りました。
従業員の方などの働く時間等も有るかと思いますが、レストランなどもう少し遅くまでやっていれば尚良かったと思います。

甲子園や甲子園駅に徒歩2〜3分と近く、お部屋も綺麗で備品も最初から備え付けてあり素晴らしい。
Pros:

本館への不満が多くみられる中、私達が泊まったのはウェストウィング スーペリア ツインルーム。

ウエストウィングは2,018年にオープンしたらしく、まだ比較的新しい施設でした。
しかもルーム内含めて施設全体に清掃が行き届いていて1Fロビーのトイレなどもとても綺麗でした。

フロントのスタッフの方もとても親切でチェックイン前の荷物も快く預かって頂きました。

ルーム内の良かった点は、
・ベッドそれぞれにコンセントとUSBジャック？
・エアコン（今回はクーラー）が設定温度どおりの風で快適だった。
・ゴシゴシタオルなど備品が多い。

Cons:

良くなかったというか、スリッパが使い捨てなので、ペラペラして扱い難かった事。それぐらい。

清潔感があった。
朝食な料理の数が豊富で味も美味しかった。
荷物を預かってもらえたり、チェックインが少し早くしてもらえたり、チェックアウトも簡易だった。

Cons:

ちょっと広い部屋しか残ってなかったけど
その日に確実に宿泊をしたかったので高値ではあったが予約した。
二人ならいいが１人では高すぎたと思う。

フロント対応

Cons:

テレビのリモコンが全く反応しない。部屋が汚かった。前泊者の食べかすが落ちてたり、爪もおちてました。お風呂にはコバエの死骸が天井に張り付いてて本当に不快でした。部屋のドリンクコーナーの壁も埃、エアコンにも霜と埃。1泊だったので我慢しましたが、ほんとに最悪でした。
気持ち悪すぎて写真する気になりませんでした。

部屋は広めで、もう一脚
椅子があっても良いくらいでした。

窓際のコンセント？
そこが断線？してました。
延長コードを持ってきてくれて、対応してくれました。
チェックアウトの際には
丁寧なお詫びをフロントで受けました。
