Pros:

サウス側を初めて利用したがロビーが大変綺麗で良かった！
後エレベーターも3台あってすぐ行ききできて良かった！

Cons:

雨が降ってたのですが、本館に行くまでの連絡通路が雨漏りしてて結局濡れた。
部屋の階に降りた時は新品で清潔感のある匂いだったが、部屋に入った際は生乾きまではいかない変な匂いがしたのがショックだった。あと、お風呂場の換気扇が弱すぎたのと、お風呂場の頭上の換気扇口が埃だらけで汚かった。

また利用したい素敵なホテル
Pros:

不眠症が再発してしまい、静かな部屋をお願いしたところ、角の部屋を用意して頂けました。
スタッフの方々は笑顔が素敵で宿泊時の説明も丁寧で安心して過ごすことができました。
朝食も色々と食べれて嬉しかったです。
本当にお世話になりました！
