アクセス、料金、朝食のバリエーション、部屋の広さ、コインランドリーや自販機設備の充実

Cons:

早朝の朝食ビュッフェが非常に混雑していて、レストランの外に並んで待たなければならなかった。
冷蔵庫内の温度が低く、ダイヤルを最弱に設定していてもカチカチに凍った。使用の際は、こまめに冷え具合を確認することをおすすめします。

レンジも別フロアだった
製氷機が故障中だったかかなんかでいちいちフロントまで降りて行かないと受け取れない

甲子園球場に行かなくても、便利なホテル
Pros:

駅から近く、買い物にも困ることはありません。
朝食もバリエーションが沢山あります、朝一で行った事もあり、ゆっくり食べる事ができました。

Pros:

部屋が広くて清潔でした。
音も静かで、周りの音がほとんど聞こえずにゆっくり休む事ができました。

Cons:

2部屋利用させていただきましたが、1部屋のシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープが置き忘れで置かれていませんでした。色々なホテルに宿泊していますが、初めての経験でびっくりでした。受験生の子供の部屋だったので、子供が受験前日にゆっくりお風呂でくつろぐ事が出来ずに残念でした。またその部屋の浴槽もあまり綺麗に清掃されていませんでした。他は素敵なホテルだっただけに、その点だけ残念でした。

エキチカ　コンビニ、飲食店、商業施設が近い　

Cons:

ガタンとかドアの開け締めではないでかい音が何回もした　隣の部屋からではなさそうな　ベッドのしたのじゅうたんが捲れて真っ黒

Pros:

The front desk staff were very friendly. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was convenient. The room space was super spacious—two 28-inch suitcases could be fully opened without any adjustment. The high floor offered a beautiful view from the window, perfectly framing a full moon. There are two malls right near the hotel, both fantastic for shopping. The food courts feature famous eateries, and the crowds aren't as heavy as in central Osaka, so no long queues. Koshien is a great spot.

Cons:

During peak hours with crowds, elevators require queuing.

Pros:

朝食が良かった。駅近が有難かった。

Cons:

中国人が多く、少々うるさかった。（ホテルの責任ではないけれど）
Bathは風呂に入った気がしません。（一般的にそうなので、特にこのホテルの問題ではないけれど）
