立地条件がとても良いホテルでした
Pros:

駅から近く、甲子園球場も目の前だったのでよかったです。
武庫川沿いをランニングしたのですが、武庫川までも適度な距離でした。

Cons:

お風呂のお湯の蛇口が熱くなって、お湯を止める時にやけどするかと思った。
朝食の補充がなかったり遅かったりで、食べたいものが少なくて残念でした。

目的が甲子園だったので場所的にも施設環境にも完璧だったのに食事がマイナスだったのでとても残念に感じた

Pros:

ホテルは駅のすぐ裏で、飲食チェーンが複数入った商業ビルやコンビニが隣接しており、ホテル内のレストランを利用しなくても食事の調達が容易でした。
お部屋も広く、山と海が両方とも見られて夜景が綺麗でした。

Pros:

スタッフの方が、とても親切で、タオルの追加をお願いしたら、すぐ届けていただけて助かりました。
皆さん笑顔で良い印象です😊

Cons:

部屋の床の壁沿いが、白く埃が溜まっているのが気になりました。ベッドのライトの台も、自分でウェットティッシュで拭きました。
浴槽に髪の毛が落ちていて、気になりました。

Pros:

Rooms were specious in the east wing. We stayed in the east and west wing. The west wing room was very very tight. 7-11, mall and the train station was very near by. There was even a mcdonolds.

Cons:

Beds and pillows were horrible. Thier temperature control needs work.
