ロケーションとスタッフがいいと感じました。部屋の広さもとてもいいです。

朝食は普通だと感じました。混雑している時に案内が足りないと思います。「奥に席があります」と言われましたが、正確には「奥にもう一つお部屋があり、そこに席があります」と案内していただけないとわからないと感じました。

最低のフロントスタッフ。

フロントのスタッフ(日本人女性)が最低最悪。
5月23日17時過ぎのチェックイン時、待たされたあげく、面倒くさそうに対応された。領収書を出されたので、｢封筒ありますか？｣と聞くと無言。｢封筒ありますよね？｣に対して黙って封筒だけを差し出した。他のホテルでは封筒に入れてくれるものだがヒューイットは違うのか？。部屋はウェストビル？だったが、どこにあるのか？部屋が何階にあるのか？も伝えてもらえなかった。最悪の気分で、滞在中は非常に不愉快な思いで過ごした。何度か利用してきたが、過去にこの様な事は無かった。因みに部屋からの眺望も最低レベルだった。二度と利用するつもりはない。
