Cons:

Box do banheiro entupido, solicitado reparo e não atendido. Na foto parece ser um box fechado, mas é só a metade, a outra metade é cortina de plástico, molhando o banheiro.

Horrible entrance way,knew as soon as I arrived it wasn't for us.
Check in was a disaster, guy didn't introduce himself,totally stressed. Whizzed through everything to the extent that I had to ask him to repeat it! Room wasn't ready , left bags. Returned to find it was dirty , not cleaned thoroughly, drink stains on floor,walls badly scraped and cracked. TV no remote, couldn't use.He showed us a communal tea/ coffee station which was also dirty and many unwashed cups lying around. Disaster.
When we approached the guy to ask for floor to be cleaned , he said" we clean it everyday" !! Why lie!!! I said there were many stains on the floor,he eventually said unwillingly . I will see to it!

Un piccolo hotel razionale e funzionale per brevi visite a Firenze
Pros:

Ottima posizione, molto centrale. Nostra stanza quadrupla ampia, rinnovata molto recentemente con arredi in stile minimalista, essenziali ma funzionali. Letti comodi e con buona biancheria. Anche il bagno ampio e recente.

Cons:

Consiglio di tener chiuse le finestre, soprattutto di notte, per isolarsi dai rumori della strada sottostante, stretta ed incassata come tutte quelle del centro di Firenze: gli infissi recenti isolano bene, utilizzare il condizionatore. Tenere presente che non è prevista prima colazione, disponibile solo piccolo spazio caffetteria con necessario per prepararsi the ed infusi. La reception ha orari limitati (8 - 20) e gli addetti talvolta vanno cercati per telefono (l'hotel è disposto su due piani separati): tener presente per check-in e check-out. Una rampa della scala di accesso del palazzo d'epoca non è illuminata, lampada da sostituire. Vista la zona, difficile l'accesso in auto

Cons:

I was disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the misleading “parking included” information. We had to pay €35 per day for nearby parking, which was only mentioned under “Company Policies” and not clearly stated in the main description.

Since its central localization, the room was very noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep, even with the windows closed. Additionally, there was only one iron for the entire hotel, no full-length mirror, and the hairdryer could only be plugged in one plug in the entire room, near the entrance, not in the bathroom.
