Pros:

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It is in a perfect location, very close to everything, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In my opinion, this hotel definitely deserves 3 stars rather than 2 because the quality of the service and facilities is far above what you would expect from a 2-star hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and pleasant place to stay. I would gladly come back again!

Caro, pero tienes todos lo necesario.

Nos toco una habitacion nueva y limpia. Esta en el centro de florencia (la ubicacion es ideal).

Pros:

Tuve que cancelar el viaje debido a un problema de transporte para llegar a la ciudad. El personal muy accesible y comprendió mis dificultades, se puso a disposición para coordinar alguna solución. Excelente!

Comodissimo al centro, pulito, aria condizionata e doccia grande

Ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno in una grande città, dove in hotel ci si passa solo la notte per dormire

Non ha la reception 24 ore ma ti viene spiegato bene tutto per entrare e uscire

Good location, helpful and friendly staff, very good accommodation
Pros:

The ease of booking and checking in/out as well as the staff and service in the hotel. It was as the hotel is called, in the centre of the city and a stones throw away from the city centre.

Cons:

There isnt much bad with the property, however, the window shutters and the window itself was abit awkward to operate and close. We did end up getting room service a day before checking out and it was abit of a shock and personally I thought that wasnt a nice thing as it was not stated clearly that it would happen.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para recorrer Florencia caminando, al lado del hotel hay un pequeño supermercado abierto hasta tarde y si bien la zona es muy transitada, de noche se puede descansar bien. El hotel cuenta con un pequeño comedor que pueden usar todos los huéspedes a toda hora, lo cual es muy útil. Además nos permitieron dejar nuestras valijas unas horas en el hotel luego de dejar la habitación. Lo único que deben tener en cuenta antes de reservar, como se aclara en la publicación, es que no hay recepción 24 hs. Y que el hotel en realidad son solo dos pisos dentro de un edificio mas grande, al ingresar solo hay un pasillo y un ascensor. Es una buena opción para una estadía corta en la ciudad.

Only the location worth it.
Pros:

Good location. The room has a good size, but the bathroom was really small. We did a self check in because we arrived late, was very smooth. The next day we had to wait for someone to give the room key and do the check out. No one at the reception for long time.

Cons:

The bathroom was small, no amenities, only small envelopes of soap. Very basic.
