A place to rest and recover overnight, with a decent breakfast in the morning.
Pros:

Breakfast was above average for hotels of this type, selection was ample and food stations were clean, accessible, and easy to use. Tables were appropriately sized for families. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were quite a few large food crumbs under the sofa bed mattress in our king suite. When we notified the front desk, we were immediately transferred to another king suite one floor below. The sofa bed there also had a few food crumbs, but not nearly as many as the first room, so we decided not to move yet again. As well, one bulb in a bedside lamp needed to be replaced. These were the only issues we noted.

Cons:

When i booked with booking.com i said i was travelling with a pet. When i arrived at the hotel they were not aware of this and luckily enough they were able to change my room to a pet friendly room. This should be done by booking.com ahead of my arrival.
Nice clean, friendly, comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

It was ok for what we needed it for, sleep, breakfast and leave.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good, and the staff taking care of it were always checking everything was looking clean and full.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was dirty and the pool was with people that were not guests of the hotel. It was quite uncomfortable. Pool area need some work. In our room the windows were with spiders and the maintenance of the room was poor. Pillows were small and hard.

Satisfied customer, would revisit, price worthy.
Pros:

It has accessibility to higher floor and ice on every floor. Very sanitary. Comfortable queen sized beds. Variety choices of breakfast. The room had 2 sinks. Consistent hot water pressure and temperature. Excellent facilities with gym room and waterslide pool even though we didn't get to use them.

Cons:

TV casting was confusing and time consuming especially for someone who has limited technology knowledge. In the end it didn't work out for us because it had missing pieces. Even though the front desk offered to change the room for us. We were too lazy to pack again and move all our stuff to another room.
