Staff were welcoming and friendly, breakfast had various options

Cons:

1st room was dirty, with Chi bags and crumbs all over the closet. Moved to a new, clean room, but not the type of room we had initially booked.

An easy choice for a quick trip in Kamloops
Pros:

Good Location and I like that they provide you bottled water...Staff is friendly.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower is too low. The elevators are very slow. Breakfast is your typical free breakfast, but I find the eggs too dry.
