Pros:

The room was very clean, every thing we needed was in the room, exept a phone to comunicate with them,I gess the concept is less talking or answering questions..

Cons:

The place is not giving u feeling u r welcome, they got "OWNERS" and the rest of the guest.
So owners enter the place with direct road. Rest of the guest has a difrent path, in that path u learn that u should NOT have go there, and u need to go some where alse to do the check in, in that process ppl in cars behind me (NOT OWNERS) YELLING AT U AND HORNINING, they want to enter their room and u stuck with that gate and the lady at the gate that telling u go to other place, she gives a map, and then u need to find that other place to do the CHECK IN.
So u follow signs on the place towards the checkin, and u find ur self at the resturant, no 1 knows where is that other place and its not there, then u find out its other location... u need to go out to the main road and drive 5 minutes away to a small office on other location to do the CHECK IN, and get the rooms keys...then u need to go all way back... WOW...
Why ??
What place do that to its guest? Even if its other guests and not owners...why i need to feel like been mocked? Are we not welcome in ur place?... way under standart, this is not the way to welcome ppl.

Pros:

Amazing relaxing stay as a family of 4
Pros:

We loved the apartment, it was well stocked and great for us as a family. The pool was fabulous and we had such a lovely time.

Geweldig verblijf gehad!!
Pros:

De accommodatie is schitterend! Wij waren met ons gezin van 5 volwassenen en hadden 2 kamers, 1 groot tweepersoonsbed en een kamer met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Beide kamers hebben een eigen badkamer. In de huiskamer kun je de bank uitklappen tot een groot bed. Er is een wasmachine en droger, een keuken met alles erop en eraan. Het is ruim, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het appartement heeft een schitterend uitzicht over de zee en een klein balkon met 2 stoelen. Het was jammer dat we laat aankwamen en hier maar voor 1 overnachting waren waardoor we helaas geen gebruik meer konden maken van het zwembad en het strand maar het zag er mooi uit. We hebben desondanks genoten van het mooie appartement. Het enige was dat we niet in de gaten hadden dat we niet moeten inchecken bij de accommodatie zelf maar bij een kantoortje wat verderop gelegen is. Daardoor stonden we nietsvermoedend voor de toegangspoort en konden we weer terug. Is goedgekomen en het blijft een topper!

Cons:

In de mail zagen we achteraf wel een ander adres waar we de sleutels op moesten halen. Namelijk: Check-In Location: Ocean Pointe Suites Welcome Center, 92330 Overseas Hwy, Suite 107, Tavernier. Wij waren er eigenlijk van uit gegaan dat dat hetzelfde adres was van het appartementencomplex maar dat blijkt op 500 Burton Drive Key Largo te liggen. Suf van ons natuurlijk. Wellicht is het handig om dit uitdrukkelijk te vermelden in de mail dat de sleutels opgehaald moeten worden in een kantoortje dat verderop gelegen is. Wij waren duidelijk niet de enigen ;-)

Love having the full kitchen and amenities, but dont expect any support or courteous staff.
Pros:

Great location, facilities are nice: two bed, two bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer…all nice amenities to have while on vacation versus a simple hotel room.

Cons:

Have stayed here 5-6 times now and the staff has gotten worse and worse with every stay. Just the most angry and grumpy people you’ll meet.

Great Keys location
Pros:

The condo was terrific. It was clean , roomy and was in a great location. The pool was beautiful and clean. It had plenty of seating and tables. The restaurant was nice and Tara was great.

Cons:

The first day the elevator didn’t work and the maintenance man working on it was rude to my girlfriend.

L’hôtel était spacieux et confortable et nous avions une magnifique vue sur l’océan! La piscine était top! Nous avons apprécié le calme, le parking sécurisé ainsi que le lave linge et le sèche linge. Nous recommandons pour un séjour dans les keys!

Cons:

Il serait plus simple de récupérer la clé à l’entrée de l’hôtel que d’aller à une autre adresse à plusieurs kilomètres de l’hôtel pour cela. Le ménage aurait pu être plus approfondi avant notre arrivée.
