Fabulous 2-bed / 2-bath condo perfect for a week stay
Pros:

Location, spacious apartment, balcony view, elevators, AC, WiFi, size of kitchen, incredibly comfortable couches, comfortable beds, double bathrooms, pool, keyless entry, walking distance to marina & beach area (though it was sargasso season)

Cons:

Conditioner dispenser was gunked up, parking was tight each night due to ongoing roof construction blocking off spaces near the building

La piscina y los baños estaban muy limpios y muy agradable

Cons:

La habitación estaba muy sucia las sabanas estaban con mal olor y manchadas como si no se hubiera cambiado las camas no te podía ni virar por el espaldar de las camas suelto el fogón tuvimos que limpiarlo para poder cocinar el lavavajillas tenía moho y con mal olor el laundry en muy mal estado y sucio el aseo del baño era usado no te lo cambian tampoco

Perfect for a family vacation.
Pros:

I loved the pool—it was heated. We couldn’t enjoy the beach due to the sargassum, but it was very nice. I liked that the staff worked efficiently when I had problems with the microwave; they provided solutions and were very friendly.

Cons:

Well, there were a few issues: the kitchen wasn’t very clean, and the elevator felt like an oven due to the heat. The food at the on-site restaurant was expensive and not very good. The microwave was broken, though the staff were very kind—they came to check on it immediately after I called. The office is in a separate location, so you have to drive there; once you arrive at the apartment complex, you get turned away because the keys have to be picked up at the office. You also have to wait in line to enter the parking lot—just like for check-in—even though there are other entrances; I didn’t understand that. Plus, the sofa bed is uncomfortable.

Great stay and would lovw to stay in the same unit next year (omce we have a date).
Pros:

We have stayed at Ocean Pointe before, and this was the nicest unit (view, decorations, etc).

Cons:

Only thing I noticed (and saying this as feedback not a complaint) was that we found hair in the sink in one bathroom and hair in one of the showers. Not major, but it gives you a feeling of “what else may not be well cleaned.

That there is only one elevator so you had to wait a long time to go down. Also the elevator got stuck with people inside which was concerning

Cute and cozy!
Pros:

Amazing place! Love the room size and the pool was awesome! They helped us get a needed item and we even ate at the restaurant on the property. We def will recommend this place! Love the cats and raccoons outside. Too cute!

Cons:

Unfortunately we came during a seaweed take over and the beach was unusable for swimming…the room didn’t have trash bags…or a broom.
