Cons:

Rooms and property in general were significantly more modest than the photos appeared on booking.com. Priced at $260 for one night was exorbitant for the state of the room.

Pros:

The room was excellent, clean, modern very well equiped and spacious.

Cons:

I dont like being messaged and told I have to use my device to check in and then to check out. Being directed to computers on arrival to have to check in. It feels like you are using us and our devices to do the job that should be done by you and your employees.
I still expect to receive service by human beings and not be told via messages that it's up to me to do your job for you.

Very large room with kitchenette.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but, there was an open air night club across the street. EXTREMELY noisy on Friday and Saturday night untill 2:30am.

Centre ville près des commerces

Cons:

Équipements dans les chambres vieillots, le check-in et check-out sur borne automatique rendent l’hôtel impersonnel et froid, très cher pour les prestations !!! Pas de piscine et décor sinistre bref très bof et trop cher.

Self checkin was not what I expected for a Rydges property. The staff were helpful but it was disappointing. No restaurant no bar no coffee shop nothing. One wine glass one towel for a twin room. Having stayed at other Rydges we were very disappointed

Disappointing

Location was great

Cons:

Not really a hotel, no restaurant apart from the local cafe and no bar to get a drink after a long day out seeing the sights. We received a complimentary bottle of wine, no wine glasses available from which to drink it. The pool and the surrounds was disappointing. I hated the method of checking in and out and did require assistance from the person sitting beside the machines. I wouldn't stay with you again for these reasons but I did really like the location.
