Pros:

The location is good, room had comfortable beds and good bathroom.

Cons:

As almost everything is online there is only 1 staff member in a bland foyer. The place is not welcoming. This hotel has no personality. It would be ok in walking distance of an airport for short term stays but in the hub of Darwin the hotel has no heart or soul.

It’s was comfy but need to put more blanket as the room gets really chilly.
Pros:

Kids like the Swimming pool, I like that the hotel have washing machines. Closed to shopping centre.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room we stayed in had no tv to watch like footy or other shows.

I didn't stay as was not happy with the whole scenario. I've never done this in many years of travel.

Property is getting very tired. It needs to be more clearly marked as dog friendly as I wouldn't have booked. Their rating in stars is misleading I feel personally. I was dissatisfied and canceled my longer booking on checking day and moved elsewhere. I had to pay 1 night in line with cancellation policy but still for a very basic dated room with cheap inclusions and dogs it wasn't for me. I travel allot and personally won't be back but its grease location might suit others and more budget friendly travellers.

Location superb - although facilities tired
Pros:

The property was tired - although it is due for reno this year I was told. The cleaners come too early (around 9am) and then don't come back unless you chase them up. The ice bucket was molded. The cleaners did not clean or replace glasses - other than when the Team Leader serviced room. Pool was very small and the outdoor area near it was not set up well - it was cornered off.

Didn't know there was a fitness centre, was only informed about the pool - would have loved to be told about a gym that was the only thing missing on my stay - smell in the carpark was not so pleasant

The picture on the advertisement is of the inside of the building and very misleading. There was constant noise from the AC, not just in the room but in the access area. The whole was rather dated and showing its age.

Enjoyable except for the stale, musty smell.
Pros:

Location was good and staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The room was so musty and stale smelling that it made me keep sneezing. It yearned for fresh air. The air con on didn't help. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen or a plug for the kitchen sink. Thought that $29 a night for car parking was a bit steep.
