Pros:

Room set up.lounge table and kitchenette useful.
Good security .Room cleaned everyday,lovely staff did dishes and freshened towels everyday.

Cons:

That we had no outside balcony or window opening for fresh air.No exhaust fan in bathroom.TV very small.No toilet brush.

Not enough parking. Maybe a notice if you want secure parking organise ahead of time. This has never been an issue at other places before so I was caught off guard.

Unavailability of parking when I arrived eventhough I had made a request via my booking for parking. Once parking was available changing lifts to get to the carpark was annoying.

Truly disappointing

State of lift, very old looking - very poor first impressions.
Very poor state of carpet throughout; corridors and bedroom.
Moving bed on castor wheel with no locking mechanism.
Very poor mattress quality makes it impossible to move around in your sleep without your partner feeling like they are lying on a jumping castle.
One individual-sized brick of milk (for a room with two people booked) and expired 3 months ago.
