Wonderfully comfortable, made even more enjoyable by exceptional staff
Pros:

Well maintained and clean, excellent customer service and even though it was in the cbd it was very quiet. Also conveniently situated.

Met my expectations
Pros:

Central to where I needed to be. The room had a working space (desk) that was not cramped and had sufficient power points.
I had a very comfortable sleep.

Pros:

Close to stadium and eateries. Breakfast was great, good variety. Room was good and reception staff were very helpful when we had trouble with our kettle.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a hand towel.

Loved it
Pros:

Loved the location, walking distance to the rugby, and the ability to have a drink and snack at the bar after rugby before going up to bed for the night, wondering down for a delicious breakfast in the morning. Beds were super comfy, rooms had everything we needed, very accommodating with adding an extra bed in the room for our child, easy to book, staff were very good
