Great central location but overall below average
Pros:

Great city centre location, easy walk to the waterfront, Te Papa Museum, Cable Car etc. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Staff at the check in was very unhelpful. It took long to check in at the reception even though we used the online check in process. No parking was available even though I booked several months in advance and left multiple messages about this. Room was small and outdated - same for the bathroom. AC was noisy in all modes. Unfortunately, overall - not the best experience, especially for the Accor chain.

Pros:

Friendly housekeepers and other staff. The buffet breakfast was okay. Central location. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

TVs need upgrading so that you can cast from your phone with Netflix etc, as there is no sky. No hot chocolate/wine glasses in room. Not enough charge/power points.

Cons:

No garaging on the first nights stay. The toilet had no room to get onto it. $14.00 for a childs incream? Mc Donalds drive thru $3.00 coaterd with cocolate. The car parking cost should have been in the cost of the tariff.

Pros:

Always a good location in the centre of Wellington and close to the car parking location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and clean and it's always quiet, despite the central location. The quick check out is handy, too.

Pros:

Good location that was near the conference venue. Also very convenient for sightseeing, shopping and food.
