Pros:

Location, when we checked in the music was very loud so it was difficult to hear the receptionist.

Will return. Just needs a few tweaks.

People great location great. Im a returning customer.

Cons:

Thermostat in our room did not work properly. Turned it down to 10 degrees as it was so stuffy. Still did not work.

Breakfast - eggs and beans on service were warm at best which was dissapointing. Great range though. Kids loved it.
People were being encouraged to use auto coffee maker rather than having one made. Id have preferred a real coffee. Would have paid although think it should be part of service.

Need to be clear ill come.back again. People are lovely. Place is convenient. Barman night we stayed interacted well as did breakfast staff. Just little things. Thanks.

Bed and room were comfy and clean

Cons:

My bathroom smelled like there had been a flood in the past. Strong manky water stink.
And
There was the constant sound of fans working not associated with anything in my room
