It was comfortable and clean. And so close to everything.
We had to change room and the new room was perfect. Bed was comfortable, shower has great pressure and curtains kept the room dark. Best of all it was really quiet!

Very central on Featherston St, within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and the places I needed to visit on business. Friendly staff on reception. Reasonable sized room, with curtains that effectively blocked the light, and a large comfortable bed. I was surprised that there were even power points near the desk for my laptop, and in a place in the room where I could iron my work shirt. You would be surprised how many hotels can't get that obvious thing right. Good shower too.

Location was good
The floor we were on was noisy with rooms of young people banging doors at night, talking extremely loud, blocking elevators. When we asked them to let us past it felt quite intimidating for us and our son. Would not recommend families staying on the same floors as rooms of young ones.
