Friendly, safe, and clean
Older design
Friendly staff. ADA room was able to fit 2 full size mobility scooters while leaving room to walk. Bathtub had several handrails. Only negatives were no rail at toilet and no shower stall.
Breakfast was limited. Only coffee for hot beverage. While hot water was available, there were no tea bags or other dry mixes. Only had waffles, toast and sugary cereal. No bagels, muffins, protein items.
Even with the downfalls, I’ll stay here again. Reasonable distance from downtown Atlanta and its attractions.
We stopped here with our dog late at night to break up a long drive home from vacation. When we got to our room we found it was gross. The floor was sticky, bed spread was covered in stains, the pillow and sink had hair on them and the room smelled. We went back to the lobby, the employee was walking around with no shoes on. We explained the condition of the room, she offered us to move or a refund. We chose the refund obviously. We received the refund for the room 2 weeks later, but are still fighting for the pet charge. The hotel refuses to give that refund. They are literally stealing our money and every time I call they are rude, nasty and lie. I have tried calling Wyndham but they say evening is handled by the hotels. I would never stay at microtel or Wyndham again.

Eagles Landing/Stockbridge GA...Family of 4...we stayed here 3/22/26-3-26/26... was surprised with the home feel it gave. ALL the staff was so friendly and nice. My room was clean, crisp and smelled fresh. They serve waffles, toast, cereal, juice and coffee for breakfast, it's nothing big but it's enough. The value for 4 days was great. Quiet location with losts of nearby restaurants and shopping
Was not a real hot breakfast
The so call hot breakfast. Had I known that the only item that would be hot was the toast and waffals I would not have stayed there

It used to be a lot nicer. It’s kind of run down now.
The staff was very nice and overall it was a decent experience.
We had an issue with bugs, but the staff was very helpful in resolving the issue. So I won’t say much.
