The gentleman at the front desk let us check in early since we had been traveling for 30 hours. The cleaning ladies were very nice.
The website stated free breakfast. The breakfast was cold cereal, waffles and yogurt. As a diabetic i couldn't eat any of it. We were told there is coffee and tea 24 hours a day there is no coffee after the breakfast hours
They do not refresh your room with Clean towels or even in room coffee or empty the trash we had to ask cleaning ladies for towels and after 3 days asked why it room was not cleaned up and fresh towels the older lady at the front desk said we had to ask for that daily. It looks like maybe someone new bought it and is trying to fix it up but the carpets are terrible in the hallway, the walls in thy room are stuffed up the hand held shower wand was broken there was no caulk on the floor the hotel need an upgrade I heard the older lady at the front desk talking to a guest about their payment and the guest was showing how the money showed pending on his phone and she said if it doesn't go thru I have to pay for it so when I come in at 630 tomorrow morning if it isn't paid you have to leave immediately. They just need some me customer service training

Bathroom walls had sheetrock damage… staff needs to do a better job of facility maintenance. Also internet did not work…

Black mold showing over tub area.Lousy pillows.Urine spots on floor in bathroom.Lights not working on nightstand.Bathroom fan not working.
The staff was friendly. It was easy access from the freeway. The best part we were traveling for a school event and no weed smell in the hallways! The other hotel we stayed in that was a problem! They had a nice little breakfast in the morning which was great for the kids so we didn’t have to stop and eat down the road. I forgot to mention the room’s were clean.
Could have had some updates but for the price I’m not going to complain because the room’s were clean! The pool looked a little stagnant like it could be cleaned.

Rugs in hallway ripped and worn. Apparent water damage in ceilings in halls and our bathroom. Door to hall didn't make a tight seal. Blow dryer in bathroom did not work and no hair conditioner. Bathroom door had large hole in one side.

The bedroom was ridden with carpet stains & the curtains had stains all over.
Only 1 of 5 lights in the room worked.
The bathroom had mold in it all over the walls and near the fan & after I came out of a shower I found a baby cockroach in the bathroom when I told hotel staff about this they told me they were aware of the issue and offered me a new room I declined if the staff are aware and haven't done anything yet then they dont plan to take care of the problem.

Pleasant staff on check in and check out. Food selection was ok .Closeness to steakhouse and discount there with showing of room key .Easy to get to
Very noisy upstairs guest ,sounded like an elephant walking around until after 10:00 PM.Room walls were a little dinged up and the tub was stained .Cigarette butt on elevator floor.
Clean room nice staff
Rooms are not really clean, fixtures are old - faucet sprayed us every time and bathtub was stained and the finish was coming off. There was food or something stuck in the remote buttons. Expedia told me “top rated breakfast” definitely not! Cereal waffles and yogurt. A huge thing of stale white bread for toast where you might expect bagels, etc. would not recommend.
