Staff great, place not so much
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and they had a decent breakfast, location was goof

Cons:

Icemakers didnt work, the hallway carpet smelled bad and was very dirty, part of the ceiling was hanging, the elevator took forever and sounded like it was dying. The bathtub was so dirty and stained and I killed 4 roaches in the bathroom. We booked from out of state so did t know what to expect

The price was the only good thing and the front desk lady was a total sweetheart
Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

I killed several roaches in the bathroom, the room had a off putting smell when we got there and the shower water ran which was annoying. The bathtub was dirty so dirty we wore shower shoes

Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Bathrooms dirty. Hotel in very poor condition. Our room door didn't lock had to switch rooms. Towels not replaced daily. Had to go to front desk to get towels. The only thing anyone in my party liked was the comfortable beds. Lobby AC broke. 100 degrees outside. We have always stayed here on our trips to Winchester. WE WILL NOT BE BACK
