The furniture was old stain and disgusting. It smelled like mold. I did want to touch anything. However, the third shift staff front desk lady sorry I didn't get her name was absolutely the best.

A disappointing stay in unsanitary conditions that should never be acceptable at an IHG property.
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room was in unacceptable condition. Heavy dust buildup that clearly had gone untouched for months, dirty carpets, towels and trash left for days due to poor housekeeping staff. Cleanliness was consistently neglected/not monitored.

Very nice room and comfy bed.
Pros:

Easy check in pleasant staff.
The room was cool and a comfy bed.

Cons:

I really wanted a bath. I couldn't get a bath because the bottom of the tub was in awful condition and there was rust in the tub. It should be replaced immediately.
I should also add that the downstairs seating area needs to be cleaned, replaced or reapolstured, it is very stained.

Pros:

Hotel seemed clean but there is a smell of musty, mildewy air inside. My room was way worse. It smelled so musty it was hard to sleep. My skin felt sticky and damp. I usually stay at Holiday inn so I'm guessing it maybe just the humidity of the area
