Buona colazione per varietà e qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Il "ristorante", non si può definire tale. Costituito da cinque tavolini tondi e piccoli, nell'area bar e incontro, nella lobby. Triste e poco professionale, con offerta molto limitata e qualità discutibile, a differenza della colazione. Personale cortese. Suggerisco di rivedere l'offerta.

Bon rapport qualité prix, à proximité du centre-ville et des transports en commun

Chambre agréable avec tout le nécessaire, nettoyage quotidien, personnel accueillant, proximité du centre ville

Cons:

Chambre un peu vétuste, rideau cach-vue des toilettes cassé, porte de douche mal jointée donc pas mal d'eau dehors lors des douches, cuvette des toilettes abîmée, tâches (propres) sur le matelas et sur la moquette

Gutes Hotel - mit Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Sehr ruhig innerhalb des Hauses. (bei geschlossenem Fenster)
Kein Türenknallen, Schritte, Gespräche in Zimmern oder auf dem Flur, etc. zu vernehmen

Cons:

Badezimmer recht klein - wenig Bewegungsfreiheit
Offene Fenster nachts aufgrund der Nähe zur Straße nicht möglich
Teppichboden sehr fleckig!

Modernes und gepflegtes Haus mit super Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind sehr modern und stylisch. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut mit einer riesigen und hochwertigen Auswahl. Besonders dort war das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Bei dem jetzigen Aufenthalt war alles top. Ich hatte für Mai wieder einen Trip nach Berlin geplant und wollte gerne wieder im Mercure übernachten. Allerdings lag der Preis dort pro Nacht 3 mal so hoch, wie bei dem jetzigen Aufenthalt. Das hat mich doch etwas verwundert für eine Kette und eher abgeschreckt. Das ist etwas schade

מלון נחמד, לא שווה את הכסף
Pros:

המיקום היה מאוד נוח עם תחנת רכבת קלה ממש מחוץ למלון והרבה בתי קפה ומסעדות מסביב. השכונה נעימה ותוססת. המלון צמוד למוזיאון הטבע ומאוד קרוב לתחנה המרכזית של ברלין (רק מספר דקות ברכבת קלה).

Cons:

האינטראקציה עם הצוות היתה סך הכל נעימה אבל באחד הבקרים החדרנית דפקה ומיד נכנסה בזמן שהיינו במיטה! כשהתקשרנו לקבלה לבקש מזלגות אמרו לנו לרדת לבקש מהבר ולא שלחו מישהו להביא לחדר. האינטרנט החינמי לא ממש טוב וצריך לשלם בשביל אינטרנט איכותי. המיטות עצמן היו בסדר, אבל כזוג היה לא נוח לחבר אותן - הן כל הזמן זזו והתרחקו אחת מהשניה ולא היתה שמיכה זוגית. בנוסף היה חלק של בסיס המיטה שבלט החוצה וכל הזמן נתקענו בו וכמעט נפלנו כמה פעמים. הניקיון היה בסדר אבל אנחנו משוכנעים שלא החליפו את המצעים אפילו פעם אחת במהלך 4 לילות. יחסית לאופציות אחרות בעיר המחיר פה לא שווה את התמורה.
בנוסף לכל זה, היינו בסיטואציה רגישה שבה נאלצנו להאריך את השהות בעיר ושמרנו מקום מראש במלון לעוד שני לילות. במעמד התשלום התברר לנו שהמחיר על שני הלילות הנוספים היה כפול מהמחיר המקורי! לא אמרו לנו את זה מראש ובסיטואציה שלנו היינו חייבים להשלים עם זה, אבל ציפינו להבנה מצד המלון או לפחות להתראה מראש על המחיר המופקע.
