Pros:

無料でスイートルームにアップグレードされました。施設は概ね清潔で無料の夕食も良かったです。

Overcharge
Pros:

Nothing. Was charged twice and still no refund and it's been 2 months.

Cons:

Nothing at all. The extra $256 charge made it a horrible experience. Will never even think about staying here again

Pros:

The lady at the front (white lady) canceled my reservation due to a misunderstanding I had with them charging me even before I made it to the property & I didn't like that because I was paying with a different card. But she put my reservation in & smooth everything. The lady was a sweetheart during the process & I didn't get her name.

Cons:

I didn't like being charged before I got there but I understood once I got there.
