Pros:

Clean rooms, everything in working order, good price, availability of 2 meals/day is a bonus

Cons:

Front desk staff was a mixed bag. I called ahead to request early check-in and was told there wouldn’t be an issue. When I arrived, nobody expected our early check-in and we waited for hours. When we finally checked in, I spoke with a man who appeared to be the manager about the situation and the young lady kept cutting in to argue with me.

Meals could be improved by offering more fresh and less processed options.

We extended our stay and really enjoyed the Prado. It was the highlight of our time in Jackson!
Pros:

Great overall stay. Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful and kind. Great food - breakfast and dinner hit the mark for us every time. Food was fresh, hot and plentiful. We couldn't ask for more.

Cons:

We had no complaints about this property at all.
