Suite con vista sulla città
Pros:

Posizione centrale, camera con vista sulla città bellissima, spaziosa, pulita e con letto molto comodo, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione eccellente

Cons:

Relativamente alla stanza, il bagno aveva lo scarico del lavandino e del water da sistemare. Per una notte non abbiamo segnalato ma lo lascio come spunto, essendo la struttura comunque di parecchi anni può succedere. Idem nella SPA, nella piscina alcuni getti dell’idromassaggio erano deboli o non funzionanti.

Pros:

Absolument tout! La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, très bonne isolation phonique. Le spa était également très bien. Le petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité. L’emplacement était impeccable, proche de tout, possibilité de se déplacer uniquement à pied. Le service de l’hôtel était excellent

Everything!
The front desk is very polite and very helpful,
The valet staff is great,
The restaurant team is fabulous, I’ve ate there couple of times and food is amazing! The spa is very pretty and Desiree’ was absolutely fantastic, I had a lymphatic massage with her, and it was the best I’ve ever had.
Breakfast it is also good.

Découvrir Turin avec sérénité
Pros:

La situation géographique et le personnel sont vraiment exceptionnels.
Grande et belle chambre, et une literie parfaite.
La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié aussi la soirée au bar avec le pianiste et la chanteuse. Le bar propose de petits snack vraiment délicieux.
Le service voiturier est parfait.

Cons:

On pourrait imaginer de prime abord que le petit déjeuner serait exceptionnel mais ce n'est pas le cas.
Il y a une énorme variété de proposition sucré, salé, chaud, froid, y compris un coin asiatique, cependant, les produits ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que nous pouvions attendre de ce type d'hôtel.
Les pains son secs, des jus de fruits industriels, même pas du jus d'orange pressé, viennoiseries moyenne et un cappuccino décevant. La brouillade, les bacons et les saucisses ne sont pas au niveau.
Quelques idées d'amélioration : du pain et viennoiserie boulangers, du jus d'orange pressé, de la confiture artisanale, du miel sur sa cire ou tout bonnement un bon cappuccino.

Volvería una y otra vez
Pros:

Las habitaciones una maravilla, muy bien cuidadas, limpias y espaciosas. El desayuno también correcto pero sobre todo destacar la atención tan amable de su personal. Te tratan con cercanía, amabilidad y alegría, cualquier cosa que preguntes o pidas, se desviven por buscar la mejor solución.
