Not a bad place to stay for a few days stay but below Citadines standard.
Pros:

Very well placed reasonably priced hotel

Cons:

AI style inconclusive response to request for a car park. Lack of single use cups next to a coffee machine is a 'sustainability' joke.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix/situation
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bruxelles.
La grande place en 15 mn à pied. Le métro ligne 5 en bas de l’hôtel. La machine à café en accès libre toute la journée. Le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. Pour nous, c’était un studio (couple). Kitchenette et vaisselle bien pratique.

Cons:

Confort simple mais fonctionnel, à noter absence de climatisation mais un ventilateur etait présent, et en laissant le rideau occultant fermé en journée pendant notre absence, la température intérieure etait maîtrisée avec plus de 30° à l’extérieur sur notre séjour 3 nuits.

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dal centro.
Disponibilità di dispenser acqua e caffè gratis in reception.
Comodità di avere una piccola cucina con tutto l'occorrente essenziale e frigo, disponibilità di dispenser con prodotti da bagno.

Cons:

Pulizia non ottimale per la cucina e i pavimenti, mentre sanitari, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, ma per due persone vengono forniti solo 2 asciugamani da viso e 1 da doccia.
Nel complesso la camera era come da foto, ma mentre in foto era più "nuova", la nostra risultava più utilizzata con bisogno di una mano di bianco e la sostituzione di alcuni mobili soprattutto nel bagno.

Pros:

Tout est vieux et pas confortable. La moquette du couloir qui mène vers les chambres sentait mauvais et j'ai dû changé d'hôtel le même jour car on ne pouvais pas y rester

1- Situación ( cerca del centro, un supermercado al lado y en una plaza muy animada)
2- Pequeña cocina dentro del estudio.
3-Café gratis en la zona común.
4- Patio central de uso común muy agradable.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado.

Bel emplacement avec un super personnel.
Pros:

En premier, le personnel disponible et dévoué. A l'écouter du besoin, et ce, dans n'importe quelle langue. Donc bravo à eux 🫶
Après, le site vieillissant est ultra bien entretenu et n'a pas à rougir des autres propositions du quartier. En troisième, l'offre parking. Quand on vient de se taper 10 heures de route, savoir son véhicule, et son contenu en sécurité c'est super même si c'est un peu cher la nuit. C'est le point qui reste mon be-mol

El apartahotel era amplio, cocina bien equipada incluso con pequeño lavavajillas

Cons:

No disponen de aire acondicionado pero si tenían pequeños ventiladores lo que pasa que en días de verano hace poco. La bañera es de difícil acceso para entrar y salir. No tienen cafeteras en las habitaciones y había que bajar a la recepción a cogerlo para poder tomártelo en la habitación

Amabilité du personnel à l'accueil. Appartement propre et fonctionnel.
Localisation dans un quartier avec restaurants. Proche du coeur historique de Bruxelles à pied.

Pros:

Die Lage war Super - in 5 Minuten waren wir im Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel war sehr International, was wiederum eine Vielfalt an verschiedenen Sitten und Gebräuchen der Völker zum Vorschein bringt. Die Stadt ist ein Tummelplatz der verschiedenen Esskulturen - das war der Hammer. Im Umkreis von einem Kilometer konnte man sich durch die halbe Welt essen.

Cons:

Eine Renovierung täte mal Not. Die Möbel waren teilweise sehr abgewohnt und eine Neuanschaffung bei einigen von Nöten.
