Chose hotel because it had laundry facilities and when I used it, the online service did not work, the staff would not change a note for quarters and stated that it had nothing to do with them. Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was the perfect size for us and our view was nice.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean but could use a little TLC. The air conditioner in the wall is aimed right at the bed so it blows right on you and is a little loud.

Abbiamo trovato il divano letto chiuso, chiamando in reception mi è stato detto in modo scocciato che me lo sarei dovuto fare io quando ne avrei avuto bisogno. Ho dovuto chiedere le lenzuola perché in camera non c’erano e la signora che ce le ha portate, a cui abbiamo fatto altre domande, parlava solo spagnolo e non inglese. In bagno c’era una maniglia del mobile rotta, la ventola sul soffitto non funzionava, il flacone dello shampoo era vuoto. Il frigorifero faceva un rumore forte e costante e abbiamo dovuto staccarlo per dormire. Pessimo servizio per un Hilton.

Amazing stay and experience
Pros:

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They were respectful and kind. The room was a suite, it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. It is centrally located and this is great to be able to walk or get an uber. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm, it felt comfortable as soon as you walked in. The price was great for our stay.

Perfect for a night or more in the city
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was a welcome treat. There were plenty of options for everyone. Location was convenient for a quick walk pretty much anywhere downtown. Room was what we needed for our short stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and parking in lot next door made it convenient to park and walk the rest of our stay. The halls and neighboring doors felt really quiet, almost silent from inside our room. I heard more noise from the streets outside than the hallways. Which was a pleasant surprise.
