Pros:

Pros:

The staff was great! The type of room we had was a good size for 4 people. The breakfast was filling.

Cons:

We were there from M-F and the room was never serviced. We had 4 bags of trash sitting in the kitchen floor.
I had to ask for additional towels and toliet paper since our room was never cleaned. The air conditioner was so loud and the room with the patio door was stuffy and the lighting was VERY dim (like being in a hole).

Our one bedroom suite, with fully equipped kitchen was perfect for three nights in New Orleans!
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of hot and cold choices! Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogart, fresh fruit, toast, bagels juices, and great Community Coffee! The presentation was beautifully arranged, the breakfast room was impeccably clean, as was the hotel! The staff at the front desk, the servers in the food area, housekeeping, and the doormen were very nice, helpful and made our stay very memorable!

Great!!
Pros:

This is truly a hidden gem. We came for an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary and attend an event. I loved the security of needed your room key to move about the property and to be able to get in and out.

Cons:

The air conditioner unit in our room was a little noisy.

My stay was made truly exceptional by the outstanding and welcoming service from Ms. Southern U!!!
Pros:

Everything was excellent. Front desk clerk was awesome. She went above and beyond her duties (Ms. Southern University) This is the only place I will stay when visiting New Orleans.
