Tem serviço de quarto de diário, o que é um ponto positivo.

Cons:

Box com vazamento enorme, tem um cofre brocado e um outro em cima que o proprietário não explica como funciona, mesmo perguntando, aliás nem responde o que eu pergunto pelo booking. Diz que tem utensílios de cozinha, mas na verdade é um quarto de hotel, com um frigobar que não funciona mais, com algumas coisas poucas dentro como alguns copos (além de humidade). Não tem pratos talheres sanduicheira, panelas, fogão nada disso.

As tomadas são daquelas bem antigas, uma não funciona perto da cabeceira, sobrando só um ponto o apartamento também não tem adaptadores, e é mais outra coisa proprietário sequer me dignou a responder.

1. As instalações são razoáveis. É necessário fazer manutenção no ralo do piso do box do banheiro do apartamento 1117, pois está havendo acúmulo de água no piso e exalando mau cheiro. 2. O atendimento foi excelente, com todos os funcionários bastante atenciosos e educados.Obrigado.
