A hotel in complete decline. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. From the entrance and the reception to the rooms themselves, the decline and abandonment are evident. As you can see in the photos, our room was dirty, lacked renovation/maintenance and in addition, there was a strong smell when we closed the windows. We found black long hair both in the bath and underneath the sheets (I am blonde and my husband has short hair). The towels had brown stains. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but we only stayed a few hours. When we checked out, the receptionist looked surprised but never asked us if anything was wrong. This is probably because she didn’t speak English, which is also not acceptable for a (supposedly) 5-star hotel. Please save your money and choose one of the other many options in the area.

Estancia cómoda y muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, personal amable y bien dispuesto, habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy recomendable. Cerca de muchas tiendas y restaurantes pero en una calle tranquila. A un paseo a pie del Ángel de la Independencia y la Av. Reforma.

The breakfast was very good. I liked the freshness and variety of food.

Cons:

I was confused when front office called me and woke me up at 2am to see if I would like to “ share my room” with a “ guy who needed help”.!! I immediately said no and hung up. What was that all about??

Por las personas que trabajan ahí uno recibe una súper atención, pero las instalaciones dan pena.
Pros:

Los miembros del hotel son excelentes, son increíbles, desde las personas en recepción con las chefs. La comida deliciosa y siempre con un gran cariño para atendernos.

Cons:

Pero lamentablemente el hotel en cuanto a estructura deja mucho que desear, ya que las imágenes en booking no son las mismas que del hotel. Hay hongos en las paredes, el techo se veía con moho. La verdad es que se ve viejo el hotel. Al gimnasio le hace falta equipo xq espacio tienen.
