La struttura è assolutamente inadeguata, prezzi da cinque stelle, lusso e camere da due stelle appena vecchie ed assolutamente prive di comfort 1300 € per notte per una camera indegna

Bardzo miły personel, czy to w recepcji, czy restauracji, czy też ekipa sprzątająca.
Zawsze pomocni, uśmiechnięci!
Dobra strefa spa z basenem i dwoma saunami.
Skibus hotelowy, przestronny skiroom, sala z bieżnią i orbitrek.
Łóżka rewelacyjnie wygodne a pokój codziennie sprzątany.

Cons:

Dwie uwagi:
1. Orbitrek w sali ćwiczeń niesprawny.
2. Parking to miejsce niedaleko hotelu (100m) i ciężko na nim o wolne miejsce. Do tego stoją tam pojemniki na śmieci i można natrafić na potłuczone szkło, więc warto sprawdzić czy opony nie ulegną uszkodzeniu - my wyjechaliśmy bez szwanku.

Pros:

Hotel rinnovato in zona super centrale! Staff gentile

Cons:

Colazione migliorabile visto il prezzo della camera, ma soprattutto camere troppo calde! Non si può dormire con 25 gradi! Abbiamo chiesto di abbassare il riscaldamento ( inconcepibile che non si possa farlo autonomamente..) ma abbiamo cmq dormito con le finestre aperte in pieno inverno!

Immagini fuorvianti. Struttura e servizio clienti decisamente non proporzionati a prezzo e numero di stelle.

Camera differente da quanto mostrato in foto e nelle descrizioni. Le immagini sono fuorvianti. Abbiamo ricevuto una stanza, peraltro più piccola di quanto riportato in descrizione, con il bagno completamente a vista, sia doccia che wc, senza alcuna possibilità di privacy. Segnalato l’inconveniente, abbiamo ricevuto assistenza dalla struttura solamente dopo ripetuti solleciti , a cui il personale coinvolto ha risposto con sufficienza. L’alternativa proposta con un sovrapprezzo di 1000€ é stata una Suite, se definibile come tale, vista l’assenza di coperte matrimoniali , assenza capsule caffè in camera, impossibilità di regolare temperatura della stanza in autonomia, prese a parete rotte, impossibilità di chiudere la porta del bagno, ecc). Dopo la prima notte, abbiamo chiesto di interrompere il soggiorno e abbiamo deciso di cambiare hotel. La struttura ha negato ogni forma di interazione, salvo proporre per l’ennesima volta una soluzione alternativa con upgrade. Inaccettabile.

Tolle Einrichtung, großer Balkon, leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Wenn man im Zimmer das Licht komplett ausgemacht hat war der Strom komplett weg(auch Steckdosen).
ImBad wenig Möglichkeiten Handtücher aufzuhängen
Hund hat 50! € /Nacht gekostet-das fanden wir eine Frechheit, zumal noch nicht mal ein Napf mit Wasser da war oder sonstiges.
